The 1st time she cooked em and they were out of mushrooms, and I gotta have mushrooms. However she cooked it so good I couldn’t even tell they didn’t have any. So every time I get a chance I drive from Smithfield, Va to see Rita for the best cheesesteaks in the world.“

“Just had the sub-erior experience of my life at Subway today. Varry and Jonas weren’t just making sandwiches — they were crafting works of art. These guys didn’t loaf around either; they really rose to the occasion.

Varry layered my toppings with such precision, I swear he must be a “pro-dough-cer.” And Jonas? Dude wrapped my sandwich so perfectly it could’ve won a “wrap battle.”

The vibes were fresh, the bread was fresher, and the service was so good I almost asked them to lettuce stay longer. If every Subway had a Varry and Jonas, the world would be a much butter place.“

“This Subway has some of the kindest owners I’ve ever met. Every time I walk in, they’re welcoming and treat you like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. They don’t rush you, they actually smile and talk to you, and you can tell they care about their customers. I saw the woman that works here walk a blind woman out to her car that’s when I knew they were truly great people. The food is always fresh and made with care, but it’s their kindness that really stands out. It feels good to spend money somewhere where the people truly appreciate you being there. The service? Smooth. Friendly. Professional. You walk in with lunch vibes, and they already know—you ain’t got time for foolishness. These folks move like a submarine crew on battle stations. Precision sandwich assembly, eye contact, smiles that don’t feel fake… that’s rare these days, man.

Even when it gets busy (and it will around lunch), they handle it like pros. Ain’t no chaos, ain’t no drama—just sandwiches gettin’ built and lives bein’ saved one footlong at a time.

The bread? Fresh. The veggies? Crispy. The cookies? Dangerous. Like, “I just came in for lunch, now I’m smuggling a chocolate chip problem back to work” kinda dangerous.

Honestly, if every Subway ran like this one, the world would have fewer problems. 5 stars. And shout-out to whoever’s managing that joint—you deserve a raise and a nap.“

“Ok so today a friend and I came here for the first time today. The 2 women that were working today around 4pm were amazing. When I say their customer service was not only amazing you could actually tell that they we're dedicated to providing that service. My food was amazing and I promise you this is the only subway I'll be going too. Thanks Ladies.“

“Stopped in for my first visit to this location on July 23rd around 1:30pm. My husband and I don’t get Subway often because across 4 different states we’ve lived, the ingredients never look fresh and the stores always look dirty, but my husband is collecting the Happy Gilmore cups so I stopped in to see what I could get here. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to an extremely clean store, and an amazing young man working the counter. He was so nice and friendly, even asked if I wanted my sauce light or heavy on the meatball sub which is something I’ve never been asked at any location. The ingredients were so fresh as well! It was like I stepped back in time, I have not seen a subway this clean with this fresh of ingredients in maybe 15 years. I will definitely be stopping by this location again! I wish I had gotten the young man’s name but he deserves a raise!“

“Had an overall good experience! Matthew (trainee) helped me out and did an amazing job! They made my sandwich just perfect! The only downside was that one of the older male workers was a bit rude. I felt rushed by him and he had a short fuse with a customer behind me. There were some miscommunications that may be due to a bit of an accent barrier and he got defensive with the customer quite quickly. Still yummy and a good experience though!“

“I use a cupon 13 dollars 2 foot long the sandwiches where good. The employee (owner) was so nice an attentive. The place it absolutely clean ans big nice place to eat the veggies where on spot meets and cheese. They had a variety of cookies ,soups amd chips so I will defenetly go back for a snack. The stablishment also have a navy Federal on post and a barbershop. Visit the page fot hours of operation this is on a military base so you'll need to have a dependant or active duty ID.“

The two young ladies that were working were very polite and attentive. Ordered my footlong Subway club and 2 churros with no issues. Sandwich tasted great. Very clean inside and excellent service.“

“Normally, I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience at Jimmy John's. However, today was more freaky and less fast. The sandwich makers were moving very slowly and got the order wrong for a gentleman ahead of us. The young lady who took our order seemed very thrown off by that and reconfirmed our order twice. Once we received our food, it was very good, as usual. My only complaint would be that there is no need to put shredded lettuce inside an unwich.“
