The young man and woman's positive attitude made the visit memorable. It's clear that great customer service is a priority at Subway Station, and their ability to shine even during peak times is a testament to their dedication. “The Raleigh Tavern Bakery is more of a food court than an actual bakery. The cookies are tasty but are prepackaged rather than fresh baked. They also have be beverages and coffee for sale. The building is colonial in appearance and is a replica of an actual building that would have been on the site. The staff are friendly and it’s fun.

“Im a subway fanatic! This was the cleanest subway (bathroom and dining area) I have ever been in! And the girl who made my salad (protein bowl) today actually listened to what I asked for. Yhis subway location "understood the assignment".“

“Out of all the Jersey Mike's this one seems to get it right every time. I'm rather shocked to see that it has three and a half stars because this place always gets it right for us. My husband always gets the roast beef on a large with rosemary bread and I always get the veggie mini on the rosemary bread. It's always very fresh The people are very kind, I have never noticed any kind of unsanitary production in the making. I am food service certified twice over, and I pay attention.
I am extremely pleased with their service and their accuracy. We always place or order in person, and leave with a smile!“

“This is one of the best subways there is. One of the ladies that works there can seem to be a bit impatient, but she remains friendly with the customer, but she will jump on the staff with her. The owner, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met.“

“Just got down to Williamsburg for vacation and came back from Busch Gardens. Found this Subway across the street from our hotel. The two young ladies that were working were very polite and attentive. Ordered my footlong Subway club and 2 churros with no issues. Sandwich tasted great. Very clean inside and excellent service.“

“Nice place great customer service! I notice I came in a little late closing time few minutes later i notice they were going to close so a guy walked in and was told they are about to close. They were very polite and yet the guy was rude to them and walked away. Some people need to be mindful that just because they close at 9 the employees need to clean up and be ready to leave at 9. This place is always clean and friendly smiles. Very welcoming.“

“Normally, I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience at Jimmy John's. However, today was more freaky and less fast. The sandwich makers were moving very slowly and got the order wrong for a gentleman ahead of us. The young lady who took our order seemed very thrown off by that and reconfirmed our order twice. Once we received our food, it was very good, as usual. My only complaint would be that there is no need to put shredded lettuce inside an unwich.“

“Had an overall good experience! Matthew (trainee) helped me out and did an amazing job! They made my sandwich just perfect! The only downside was that one of the older male workers was a bit rude. I felt rushed by him and he had a short fuse with a customer behind me. There were some miscommunications that may be due to a bit of an accent barrier and he got defensive with the customer quite quickly. Still yummy and a good experience though!“

“Good spot, not too busy outside of lunch hours. I've always had great customer service. Super patient with custom ordered sandwiches. Small store but almost always has sitting room. I normally just grab and go but for a Subway, I wouldn't mind sitting in sometime.“

“My husband and I enjoy going to this subway because it's clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I especially like the customer service by a Young lady named Ella, She is very sweet, kind, and courteous and she's a great sandwhich maker too! I also like that she washes her hands and puts clean gloves on when making my sandwiches. We go there often and she is the first and only person to ever greet me and make me feel welcomed. It's rare to get good customer service these days, so when it happens, I feel its important to acknowledge the shining employee! Thanks Ella, keep up the great work! 😊“

“It's cool that this place is open until 2am. I dropped by and it was calm. Just be careful pulling in because there are still people out here late at night. The only downside are the prices but that is for every subway and if you can find some coupons then it's not so bad.

Vegetarian options: The establishment does have and serve meat and everything is toasted in the same oven but you can get your sandwiches without any meat at all

Dietary restrictions: You can make your sandwich however you want and you can even get it as a salad if you don't want any bread.“
