“I should've taken the pic before I started eating but this is my absolute FAVORITE place!!! sooo delicious, I always get the combo with no salad and EXTRA white sauce. reasonably priced!!! this will last me so long. please don't change a thing!!! will continue to recommend to everyone!!! “We were driving on Friday, July 5th from Raleigh, NC to upstate New York and came thru Fredericksburg to get gas at the Wawa and food at CFA. We ordered through Mobile Drive-Thru. Not only was our food order perfect, it was excellent! The team member at the window, Trinity, showed excellent guest engagement, asking about our 4th of July and then about our travels. My husband has worked for CFA for almost 16 years in Louisville KY, and my son is a trainer there. I also worked there for 2 years. They both said the food and service was stellar. We will be back next summer!!!“

“I stopped in to this Chick-Fil-A in the afternoon while riding up on the I-95 to go home after traveling. There was hardly any line, the place was clean, and Jace, my order taker, was super kind and helpful. He even recommended a special lemonade flavor I hadn't tried before, so I couldn't pass it up. I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Jace!“

“I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A plenty of times, but this is my first time actually writing a review. We came in today, and Charita was just the sweetest!
Even though our interaction with her was only for a short time, she made such a positive impression and truly made our experience feel special. Her kindness, warm personality, and genuine customer service really stood out.
People like Charita are what make you want to keep coming back. Chick-fil-A is already known for great service, but she definitely went above and beyond to make our visit a great one. Please recognize her for being so wonderful! ❤“

“The highlight is your employee Catherine. She is always so friendly and she is the absolute sweetest. She asked how my day was, would I like a cup of water while I waited, she asked what was the highlight of my week etc.. she didnt have to care but she did. Please make her a manager. She is just what this world needs more kindness, more caring. Please dont ever stop being you catherine. you are a true gem.“

“The service is one woman. Everytime. She's brisk, and she's got a reason, not many could keep up. They got the best Thai in town, so strange hours and quick service are what you get.

“Kudos to Chic-Fil-A employees. I had 2 doordash orders there today. Both times they had 2 lines of cars wrapped around building. Yet they all great attitudes and were very friendly. You could even tell they were smiling behind their masks. They were getting that food out too.“
