McDonald's in Hampton

“We came to the McDonalds to grab a quick breakfast at the drive through with quick and pleasant customer service, but the reason I felt moved to leave this review was the fact that they went above and beyond!
My twin 4 year olds were so upset that it was breakfast and they couldn’t have their favorite, French Fries. John saw they were crying and took the time to make each of my three kids fresh fries out of the kindness of his heart. That small gesture made such a huge positive impact on the rest of our day and just reminded me that there are more good hearted people in my community than not. Thanks John!“

“Great easy cheap options for adults and children. Its cheaper to buy the 5$ meal burger or mc chicken fries drink and a 4 piece nugget. It's a deal! Go get you some plus its filling even if you need two of those meals its still under 20 bucks!!“

“My son and I came into the establishment for lunch after his 2nd grade graduation this week and it was a Friday. Service was quick and fast. Food came out hot and fresh! My only issue was a bunch of teenagers in the corner of the restaurant. It was 12pm so I was confused why they wasn’t in school. They were vaping as well inside the restaurant while customers were eating. While we were eating. Staff didn’t say anything to them. Seems like the normal here at this location.“

“My daughter and I frequent this McDonalds. Well we went this morning around 830. They were very busy. But let me tell you this…from the lady taking the order on the speaker to the last gentleman that gave us the order they were AMAZING!! They were so friendly and polite. I’m not saying the service was bad before but TODAY!!! I wanted to go through drive thru again and get something else ? Very well 3/14/2024 morning crew!!!!“

“I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's at 11:23 in the morning on a Tuesday but the ladies in both of the windows were so nice to me. Greeted me with a smile and now I feel like I want to come back and eat here again LOL“

“Just popping in to give credit where it is due because the last few visits to this location I had been raving to my husband about how much better, hotter the food has been and how friendly the staff has become. If you had asked me a couple months ago what I thought about this location, I probably would’ve mentioned the staff being a little unprofessional and lacking the customer service sparkle but my last few visits as of recent, it seems like this place has made a total 360. I’ve wondered if this location has recently gotten new management who has finally gotten it on track on track. Regardless, I have to say the staff have been so incredibly friendly and the food has been great. Keep up the good work!“

“I ordered two McChickens, two sweet teas, and a medium fry for pickup, and everything was fresh and tasted great. The location was pretty busy, but they still got the order out quickly and accurately. Solid experience overall, especially considering the high traffic!“

“Fast service at the drive through. Friendly people at the window and my order was ready and out the window as soon as I pulled up. The only thing is I like for them to verify the order to me before I take it. I’ve been handed wrong orders before. ??‍♀️ Only a suggestion McDonald’s, verify customers orders as you’re handing them out the window. Thanks!“

“I don't like eating out much as customer service is always lacking. I'm a manager at a restaurant and always notice bad service. But the lady (Taysha) at the window that took my order haf the best customer service I'd seen in a while. I was not given a receipt buy the other person and wanted to praise this employee, Need more employees like her.“
