“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“A great Starbucks. The location is good as it is near downtown, there is ample seating, and the baristas are very nice. Prices are a little high compared to a few years ago, but that is probably due to inflation. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to get a cup of coffee or something cold and maybe use their WIFI to browse the Internet.
Parking: Plenty of free parking but there are a few other businesses there so sometimes it might be difficult to find a parking space.“

“My barista was very nice and talkative. I enjoyed briefly chatting with her as she made my drink, which tasted great. I think her name was Elyssa, or something similar. It’s a nice and cozy little location and I always enjoy getting a small treat before grabbing my groceries :) ☕️“

“This is probably my favorite starbucks location in Roanoke. The staff is always wonderful and they make the best tasting drinks, especially the americanos. I’m picky on the taste of espresso and I’ve never had a complaint here! I wish I lived closer. The note was an extra cute touch too 🍵“

“I stopped in by myself tonight and sat at the bar — and it was honestly the kind of night I didn’t know I needed. The vibe was super casual and welcoming, easy to feel comfortable eating solo but still fun and lively. The bartenders were awesome — really friendly, knew their stuff, and made great drinks. The food and dessert were both amazing. From start to finish, everything just felt relaxed, enjoyable, and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!“

“We have been here twice and the service and food are excellent! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. This has become one our favorite restaurants. We really enjoyed the jazz music at the dinner service last night. We highly recommend this restaurant!“

“The Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5.“

“What a lucky find. Google maps led me here for a quick latte before I went to the airport. Great service - warm and friendly. The place smells delicious as they bake their own scones. I had a perfect iced vanilla latte and cinnamon scone. Will make this my pre-flight ritual for sure.“

“I come in here sometimes for drinks, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and professional. Dexter is typically the barista that makes my drinks; I usually get a pumpkin spice chai and he’s made it perfect every time!“
“A great coffee shop addition to the Roanoke area! It has quickly become a go to for our coffee outings. We love the historic house and the outdoor seating on the porch. The coffee is great and food is tasty!“

“The staff are always so friendly. The ice cream was delicious. Their homemade desserts looked so good we had to order some to enjoy at home the following day. They also have Dubai chocolate which was absolutely dreamy. We love stopping by this corner ice cream shop.“

“The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes.
This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.
They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th“

Best coffee anywhere and it is always HOT EVEN AGTER I PUT CREAM IN IT!!
And reasonable priced.
Have such a great variety of bagels…baked fresh daily…my favorite French toast bagel and the best cream cheese

they have a Great lunch menu!
