“Visited this restaurant today for the first time. Food was excellent. My husband is a big burger guy and he has now found his favorite burger spot. I had the crab cake sandwich with fries and I can honestly say the chef did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. We definitely will be back again.“

Ambience was great, got seated relatively quickly at the bar and my bartender, Shawntae (I think that’s how you spell her name), was absolutely amazing, super sweet and caring. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend to other friends who are stationed in the local area. Like any other place, it will get busy in the afternoons/weekends, so be mindful of that, but it was a great environment and experience for myself!“

With a large group one would expect that service would be slow, but Leslie D was super! So great that I HAD to speak to the manager to tell him how awesome she was! Ask for her when you come, and you will not be disappointed! We were all very much satisfied! I enjoyed the roasted oysters (four orders for the table) and the Fish and Chips. The Old Fashioned(s) were awesome, as were the Key Lime Crushes and the Lemon Drop Martinis. We celebrated my wife's birthday with all the family. We even had a visit at the table from a young man we had not seen since we lived in Bena over 39 years ago! Great place. We have been here several times preciously and will return. “We LOVE this place! Today was my 2nd time there. Their chicken is excellent and they have a green sauce that goes with it and its FIRE. Today I got their Philly cheesesteak, 24 karat gold wings and fries and everything was delicious. Im pretty sure they use PROPER amoroso rolls for the bread. Everything was seasoned well, the wings were perfectly crispy(fried) and they have those crunchy, flaky fries that are just...elite.

The staff is always real friendly and hospitable and while the atmosohere isnt an immersive, soul soothing wonderland, it fits the bill for a Peruvian chicken joint with a MASSIVE menu thats open 24 hours a day in Newport News.

I really appreciate how fresh the vegetables tasted in each dish, the lettuce was actually crunchy and not mushy, and they even use mushrooms in the stir frys--such a good complimentary ingredient to add. This is the freshest Chinese food I’ve had in this area, it’s exactly the nostalgic kind of Chinese food I’ve been craving and can’t find anywhere else. The serving size was perfect for the price. With the inflation you can’t expect to feed a family of four with $20 so it’s unrealistic for people to ask of that. However if it’s an occasional treat this is perfect!The location is great, and the building is what you’d expect out of a traditional take out place. People are rude with their reviews because they expect something this place isn’t.The egg rolls that everyone loves to complain about in the reviews are actually a very specific type of egg roll that their uncultured behind probably aren’t aware of.“
