The young lady that served me apologized when a payment method didn't work, even though it was my phone, and proactively offered a cup when my ice cream was in danger of falling over while shuffling hands for my wallet. Plus offered very pleasant conversation during the transaction. I eat ice cream approximately 52 times a year and this is hands down the best experience I've had in an ice cream shop!“

The pastries remind me of the Spanish bakeries I visited in Florida, so it's great to have one in the neighborhood. The pastries are flavorful and flakey. I'm not a coffee drinker, but the Nutella frappe hit the spot. I'll definitely be back to try more items.“
