All of the employees seem very dedicated to providing excellent service and a high-quality meal at a good price. If you're looking for restaurant quality sushi in this area, this is one of the best.“

“For being in manassas, this poke was surprisingly delicious. My friend said she travels from Sterling for the poke so I knew I had to try I stopped in on my way home from an appointment and I didn't know they also had sushi rolls. However, I came her for the poke bowl, so that's what I got. The tuna was fresh, and while I wish there was more of it, they do give you Kani and seaweed salad with no extra charge. If you're not a fan of sauces, I would ask for it on the side as they do really sauce it up. From ordering to walking out the door it was probably 5min.“

I ordered the beef and broccoli lunch special with a salad and substituted the rice with lo mein. Let me tell you that this is the best beef and broccoli I've ever had. “Great place for Hibachi food in Gainesville. Musashi is good food with great chefs. The best fresh seafood and beef. You start with the flames of not Hell's Kitchen but heavens gate. Each order is cook to perfection. I order the fillet medium. The chef cut each steak like if it was butter. The knife cuts right through. The steak has a season salt flavor all you need is the side of yum your sauce and hot sauce and you are set. The service simple, not much going on. “The sushi rolls are mid-level, but considering the options in Gainesville, probably the best local place I’ve had yet. The staff are kind, they did forget parts of our order but did eventually get it out to us. The fish is good grade fish, tastes fresh, no hint of “fishy-ness”. The simple rolls had an extremely thin layer of rice to my surprise; patchily showing the seaweed underneath. However the specialty rolls were delicious, so definitely order those.“

The food is always prepared and ready at pickup time, and everything is fresh tasting. The portions are large and reasonably priced. We usually make several meals out of the same order. “The food at Shiro Sushi is top-notch. It's always amazing and the yum yum sauce is super good. The wait staff is generally younger and sometimes bring out the food in the wrong order but they are always very attentive and quick to fix any issues. It's hit or miss on how busy it is. Last visit was pretty empty but I've been other nights where we waited for a table. They have lots of sushi with specialty rolls and usually a there is usually something special listed up on the board. It was the Christmas roll my last visit. The Hibachi is always great and comes with a tofu soup and salad. We also really enjoy the calamari tempura appetizer.“

“The people working in this place are probably some of the nicest people I have come across. I accidentally ordered the deep fried noodles and they hooked me up with alternatives at no charge. The food ended up being delicious and in large portions. Usually, my experience with Chinese food places is usually one where I tend to get very little of everything and pay a lot for it. Not this place. They give bigger portions of everything and for the same price. I honestly think the food is better too. I'm happy I found this gem.“
