These wings were normal sized and the skin was super crispy with a lot of seasoning on them. When I get them again I will get extra spicy ranch on the side because it was just so yummy.“

All I want for my birthday is some of the delicious pub grub from The Cask Cafe, and a growler or two of selections from the world’s (and Richmond’s) greatest brews. Unfortunately, this will be via touch-free curbside pickup. I’d much rather sit at the bar and chat about the role of diacetyl in English pub bitters, or the varieties of Bohemian or Moravian hops available in commercial Czech lagers...but not this year. “This place is amazing. It was our first time there and they made the experience wonderful. The drinks and the food were fantastic. The restrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. We are going back in a few weeks and I can't wait. I recommend getting a ride to and from, most of the drink are strong and there is no need to be behind the wheel. We did this and it made the experience better.“

“This is my local bar, so maybe I'm biased, but it is also my favorite local bar. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is so fun with 90's TV shows playing off a projector and another playing a movie so there's always something to passively look at if you need to distract yourself for a spell, the drinks are well-priced with good specials and some tiki-inspired cocktails. I keep coming back for the fried chicken and the brunch. See pictured in this review the brunch burrito - it is as delicious as it looks. It fed me, and there were some extra bites for my girlfriend to enjoy. I hear the music nights are also quite good, but I like the quieter nights and weekend afternoons personally. If you are in Richmond, come on by, have a beer, have some fried tofu biscuit sandwich, and relax.“

“We had a small wedding reception at OCB and while I would recommend it as a venue, I’d also recommend writing down exact details of what you want the event to go like. I don’t know if we ended up with inexperienced staff or just an odd night, but nothing really went like it should have. We were told two bartenders but there was only one, they didn’t seem to know when to bring out the food even though we said it was an open buffet, we asked them to serve slices of a cake from the back and instead they just placed it on a tray in the front and our guests had to slice and serve themselves. Every time we met with Bill he reassured us they’d done so many events and wedding there that they had it down pat, but it definitely didn’t seem like they did. On the whole, I’m still glad we had our reception there. The venue is awesome and the food is amazing! I’ve always heard great things about people using them as catering at other venues.“

“Food was average at best. Out of everything including a cook. Actually closed the kitchen for about 30 minutes because cook was at end of shift and no one there to replace him. They are listed as a Priority Pass discounted restaurant and when asked, they looked at me like I was crazy. No clue.“

“Ive visited twice, to see local cover band Bombshell. They seem to be ironing out some kinks still as they are fairly new. The first time the space in front of the stage was crowded with tables, which they stacked by the stage around the skeeball area. The second time they'd moved the skeeball and set the tables up in that area so there was still places to sit and eat. The back area (front, I guess since its by the entrance, has a large patio space, with garage doors that open to connect the inside and outside spaces. I havent experienced much of the food, but what I did have, pizza, was good. The bathrooms are right inside the entrance and can have long lines. The venue is disabled/wheelchair accessible.
*safety: parking is not easy, but not the venues fault, obviously. But there are tons of security both inside and outside the building. The outside is well lit, both the entertainment area and the sidewalk. Security is constantly moving around and checking exits and people.“

“Good food, good drinks, and better atmosphere. Staff was amazing. Very good oysters, ordered a dozen. I asked offhand what kind of vinegar was in the minionette, and they wrote down all of the ingredients for me! I really appreciated that they went out of their way to help me out! I'm making the minionette for Thanksgiving for my family and my mom is on hospice, so I want everything to be perfect. It means so much to me that they took the time on a busy Friday to do that for me.“

Coming from a mediocre meal a few blocks away, my friends and I stopped at the bar to save the night and end on a high note. Walked in expecting the usual routine: dim lights, confident smiles, expensive drinks. Walked out a little dazed…
I ended up meeting Cora, and I’m so happy I did. Easygoing, sharp, and knows exactly how to keep a room’s attention without trying too hard.
Dropped a few grand in the VIP room and honestly didn’t care. She made every minute very worth it.
Next time I am in town I will be back.“

“After this place has been on “RVA Restaurants to Try” list for about 3 years, this was our first time eating at Fat Dragon, but it certainly not be our last! The wonton soup was the best my mother has ever tasted…keep in mind, she’s traveled all over the world. The ginger dressing was so delicious, I asked the server if they sold it in bottles. The garlic chicken and basil beef were both so tender and flavorful, I would highly recommend them both. And last but not least, our server was great! Do not wait to try this place like I did!!!! Go now!“

“Wonderful experience at this restaurant with terrific service from Sydney, fun atmosphere and delicious food. Had a late lunch there on a Wednesday in December and enjoyed the holiday decorations as well as the normal tequila bottle decorations. Would love to return in summer and sit out on their patio which looked very relaxing and they said was dog-friendly..woof! All food was served hot, promptly delivered and tasted fresh. Had 3 Amigos to start with and the guac was perfect! Both the Al Pastor and seared Ribeye tacos were enjoyable but the Ribeye ones took first place with the flavorful tequila glazed onions. Sydney asked if we wanted a refill on the chips (still had dips left from 3 Amigos) which we did and we were not charged for the refill which we appreciated. Thanks Sydney for making our first trip to Casa Del Barco fantastic!“
