“Upon entering, we was wowed by the decor! clean, modern and inspiring! We met Will who was eager to take our order and help us to decide. The potato salad I was blown away by because to me, it tasted like the perfect potato salad I've been looking for! We was so happy with all food ordered. “Great place for barbecue. I had the St Louis ribs and chicken wings with peach tea. The ribs were great. They were smoked just right. The server was very nice. The roll of paper will help you to clean up the mess that comes from eating barbecue. The garlic potatoes and mac and cheese were awesome.“

“This place was recommended by a friend who lives and breathes KBBQs, this was my actual first one and have stuck to it since, Richard was our server, he made our experience the best and was helpful with understanding things, unfortunately he no longer works there but Ashley the lady from the bar takes care of us now, I recommend their lemonades they have like 3 different flavors, anyways I love love love coming here their brisket, pork belly and everything is to die for ESPECIALLY the teriyaki sauce to dip your meats in ;) , there is no other place that I will eat KBBQ's at unless I moved far away so come on over and spend that money because they need to stay in business until the day I die.“

“As a Hawai’i transplant, the POG beer was to die for. Hawaii inspired food with a southern twist. The sides are all underrated (gingerslaw, potato salad, kimchi, and Mac n cheese) and the real star of the show was the smoked pork belly ?.“

“Authetic karachi taste, food was good, we could tell from thr firt bite this is coming from karachi! The owners walked up to tables to make sure the customers were looked after well and were happy.
The only thing that certainly needs to change is the loud music and dancing on the TV when families with young children are at the restaurant. It was so difficult for us to divert our children's focus. Humtv awards were played loud on the TV with weird dance performances. I think this is basic and should be thought about before the place was opened to families.

Overall Otherwise, the best part is their hours of operation. I'm so glad I can now get haleem and karak Chai late nights too in our area. Best of luck with the business!“

“I had to set my steak back and the sides were not what we ordered. The manager did stop by but by that point three of us were eating and one of us was waiting. I asked for well done, I made a point of it as well and they gave me a steak bleeding in the middle. If it were me, who doesn't cook on a regular basis, I could see screwing it up. This is their main course. This is in their name.“

“Two days ago we had the 1/3/2022 mini blizzard here in nova. I had started my new job just down the street from their location so decided to order curb side pickup from online. Well, when I finally go outside and start driving I see how bad the weather is and get to RHB but it looks closed. I pull in and promptly get stuck at the entryway. I finally make it and get my car out of the unplowed lot and decide i best go back to my new job hungry. I had no food, it was birthday and I was pretty sure after encountering the weather I may be stranded at this job over night. So, I drive back to my office and get stuck right at the entryway of the parking lot! Then the restaurant manager from RHB calls me about my order and I explain what happened and my current situation . He says just drive down the street and he will bring it out to me And I explain im stuck again but ill try! So 15 mins later im stuck in the same spot and a random gentleman in a truck stops and offers to plow me out which was no easy task but he does it anyways and then RASHEED RHB calls me again and i explain my dilemma snd says ill bring it to you send the address. Im like omg thank you! What are you arrives at my office I offered a Tip snd he says no but I explained that I had been stuck in the snow twice and that it’s my birthday and I might be stranded here thank you so much. He wished me a happy birthday and I told him that let me do something so I’m writing this review. Go see Rashid at the red hot and blue and Fairfax one of the nicest guys!“

“My wife and I came here for lunch and we thought it was very delicious.

I got kimchi fried rice bowl with salt and pepper steak. My wife got the rice bowl with bulgogi. We shared their cup tteok-bok-ki.

Think Korean chipotle, so many good options, I think this place warrants multiple visits to try different combinations.“

“The food is true southern style. I tried the St. Louis slow cooked ribs because if the ribs are good, everything is good. It was the most tender succulent ribs I have ever tasted. And, the Bob's sauce is so tasty I added a lot. Baked beans are good and so is the coleslaw. I can't wait to try other menu items. Make sure you come here hungry as I had to take half of my food home. But, that means good leftovers. Also, I was greeted with such friendliness it made the whole experience that much better. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bob's Smoke Shack any time.

“Oh my goodness…what a treat to find this place!! It was exactly what I was hoping for in some southern food! We had the hish puppies, Mac & cheese, fried catfish nuggets, fried shrimp, fried okra & the cornbread. ALL of it was perfectly delicious! I wish we lived nearby so we could come every week to work our way through their amazing menu. And to top it off the service was fantastic! Go go go try this place out. You won’t regret it. ❣️“

“This was the first time I've ever had Korean BBQ and the waiter was very patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. He made many suggestions and I was pleasantly surprised to love everything he brought me. Made the whole experience enjoyable.

I was visiting from out of town and remarked to one of the other staff members that I'll have to find a good Korean BBQ spot when I get home and they where quick to make recommendations and load me up with Korean snacks/chips/drinks for the road which where delicious.

Definitely tasted even better with the red sweet and spicy sauce. I actually like being left alone when I'm eating, and if I need something, I will get the attention of the server. After the waiter dropped my food off, I never saw anyone again until I was getting ready to leave. It's good for me, but it might not be for another customer. “Have eaten here before and most recently came on a Saturday for early lunch. Pictured is A6 (spicy Ramen) and gyoza. The ramen was a very large volume for one person and had many vegetables, good flavor. Gyoza was standard. Overall, a good meal but on the pricier side for the food options in NOVA. The restaurant is one of many in the dining hall and is one we frequent out of convenience. Make sure to bring your trays and dishes back to the restaurant you order from!“

“I have visited this Korean BBQ restaurant in Centreville a few times, and it maintains its quality. However, other Korean BBQ restaurants in the area are just as good or even better than this one. The BBQ meats are delicious but pricier than other places. The service is decent, and ample parking space is conveniently located next to Hmart.“
