“These cookies are delicious, some are cold based on the flavor and ingredients and the others are kind of room temperature but that doesnt take away anything. I got the mini pack to try different ones and I enjoyed the cheesecake and stawberry cupcake flavor most. Frosting was delicious, cookie is like sugar cookie base and soft to the touch. You can also purchase milk with it. I like the packaging, store was clean and staff was friendly. I really have no complaints.“

“I come to IH all the time, right on my street. This morning I got the mixed berry galette and it is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Not too sweet, perfectly flaky, with the slight crunch of granulated sugar washed on the dough. It is absolute perfection. Please consider making it a regular 😍 Thanks for all you do. Great bakers, great staff, love the music. Thankful you’re always there for brekkie when I’ve been too lazy to grocery shop.“

“Best customer service I’ve ever had. They had to remake my order due to issues somewhat beyond their control making my wait longer. They prepared it and ended up giving my money back for the inconvenience. They are amazing all the time though and the staff rocks!“
“Our experience with getting our wedding cake from Sugar Magnolia was the best! After submitting an inquiry, we worked with the owner, Ella, to confirm flavor, design, and all logistics. On the day, the wedding cake looked exactly like the inspirational photos we had sent over and it tasted even better than it looked. The price was great and we got lots of compliments. If you’re looking for anything custom made in the Richmond area we would highly recommend!“

“Sefton is the greatest cafe in richmond, the staff are so kind to everyone who comes in. I get the same thing every time I come in to the point where barista’s and the owners know my order 😂. I get it bc it’s easy on my stomach, but they have such an amazing looking menu and are always changing it to fit the season! I always make sure to bring friends and family who are visiting here because it really is a special part of the community 🙂“
“Our go-to for desserts, and they just happen to be vegan! Flavorful, beautifully prepared, unique items you can't find elsewhere. The savory options are amazing too, they are magicians with seitan. Don't miss their seasonal offerings for holidays! Most recently we had a delicious box of items for high tea from their Mothers' Day menu and everything was perfect and fresh. We are really lucky to have Sunflower Gardenz in our city, a hidden gem for sure“

“PIES AND CAKES!!!! Absolutely delicious, with a fierce commitment to their customers. We were lucky enough to have Chas create our gorgeous and delicious wedding cake. Not only that, but she prepared 3 tester cakes to enjoy with my family beforehand. I have zero regrets when it comes to my wedding cake-creator choice. I wish I could have recorded the reactions of my guests when they tasted this cake. It was deliciously perfect. “I ordered a dozen macarons today, variety, just trying to find myself a macaron bakery close by. So far, three in, they are WONDERFUL! The macaron cookie itself is the perfect chewy, airy texture. The fillings is light and almost melts in your mouth. The flavors have been on point. Not too sweet. I will be ordering again for sure!“
