“Mom and I stopped by after a train ride on the 611. We were so happy when we saw the food is authentic. Fresh Hand made tortillas, fresh pozole (not canned), Tacos the lengua are the best I’ve had since moving from California to Virginia. The service was excellent and quick. We will be going out of our way to come back!“

“Pronto Via was one of the first vendors we booked because as soon as we heard about a dessert truck, we were sold! Neither one of us are big cake fans, but we love gelato and pie so this was a no brainer for us. Meredith and her staff are so easy to work with! We had our tasting with Meredith where she created customized comment cards with our names on them for tasting the different options - so cute! Pronto Via’s manager was at our wedding and was SO friendly and even let us climb up into the truck for a few adorable photos. The gelato and mini pies were the number one thing our guests keep talking about after the wedding and were clearly a huge hit. We look forward to going back to Lexington to visit their store so we can keep enjoying all of the delicious gelato!“

“Reminded me of the American Diner version of The Old Cock Inn, Harpendon, UK. College town prices but with high end quality eats!! You can do not better easily within 50 miles. Gluten free menu and cert brought us here, the best stop on 81. Wait was only due to huge bunch of kids, worth the wait, and staff were clear about it and overcame extra waiting, they were quick!“
