“Mom and I stopped by after a train ride on the 611. We were so happy when we saw the food is authentic. Fresh Hand made tortillas, fresh pozole (not canned), Tacos the lengua are the best I’ve had since moving from California to Virginia. The service was excellent and quick. We will be going out of our way to come back!“

“On 8/31 a whole Karen came in and tried to order around someone that was only trying to help let kitchen staff know they had forgot someone in their party had a food allergy- this woman was so rude and demanding and the staff had the best response I’ve ever seen! Not only did they continue to tell her that person was not an employee but that if they continued the behavior they would have to leave because harassment is not tolerated! I cannot commend the staff enough for the excellent service even with a line out the door and hour wait on food! Not one person was standing there doing nothing- the common goal orientation of the staff was amazing! 100% will be back for the pizza and the customer service!“

“Pronto Via was one of the first vendors we booked because as soon as we heard about a dessert truck, we were sold! Neither one of us are big cake fans, but we love gelato and pie so this was a no brainer for us. Meredith and her staff are so easy to work with! We had our tasting with Meredith where she created customized comment cards with our names on them for tasting the different options - so cute! Pronto Via’s manager was at our wedding and was SO friendly and even let us climb up into the truck for a few adorable photos. The gelato and mini pies were the number one thing our guests keep talking about after the wedding and were clearly a huge hit. We look forward to going back to Lexington to visit their store so we can keep enjoying all of the delicious gelato!“

“The past two times we’ve visited, Laura has taken care of us and it has been the best experience! We were here a little bit ago before the fall leaves came in and I told my fiance, we HAVE to go back to see the Mountain View’s and the trees now that it’s fall and the icing on the cake- Laura was our server, again! Seriously our favorite place in Lexington to get a beer, sit outside, and just enjoy!“
