“Saturday night 45 minutes before closing and restaurant was packed. First time trying and we thought it was pretty good pho - probably only second to Pho 75. The staff is very nice and cordial, and you can tell there are a lot of repeat/ familiar customers here.
Only downside is the price - very expensive for a bowl of pho.“

“Pho Saigon 75 is a go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese food. The Bún Bò Huế is rich, flavorful, and perfectly spicy with tender beef shank and pig knuckle. The grilled clams are a must-try — smoky, juicy, and topped with a savory mix of scallions, peanuts, and buttery fish sauce. Fast, friendly service and a clean, welcoming space make it even better. “Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. We ordered the brown rice garden rolls, pad thai and congee. Everything was delicious. We plan to be frequent customers, and maybe eventually we'll be able to try everything on the menu.“

“In a shopping center so we didn't have any issues with parking.

I feel like this place was more so a take out place than a sit down place. You order up front and then sit wherever. There wasn't any water, silverware, napkins, or self service area. We ordered everything at the counter and they bring it out to you. We did have to ask for appetizer plates but they have single baskets that have some napkins, a soup spoon, a fork and wooden chopsticks. If we asked for another fork, we just got handed another basket. So while the overall experience was a little counterintuitive in my opinion, we did enjoy the food.

They have sodas and bottled water and tea options. We ordered a summer Roll (#2) , the egg rolls (#1) and the crispy shrimp rolls (#5). For our entrees ordered the Special Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (#95), Shaken Marinated Stir Fry (#50), and the Shaking Beef Bahn Mi (at a menu on the counter).

“According to one of the staff, Pho Duong is family owned chain with different members of the family owning different stores. They have an extensive menu and the dish I tried was nicely seasoned and the ingredients appeared fresh. Service was quick and the waiter seemed very proud of the food he served. The price of my dish was about $15. The restroom was clean and the overall appearance of the facility was satisfactory.
This restaurant is in a busy strip shopping center and the parking lot was a mess on the Saturday afternoon of my visit. If visiting the area, this is a good place to drop in for a meal.“

“A very cozy Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered a take-out Banh Mi with pork. The flavor and ratio of meat to fillings is perfect. The pork tastes really good, very tender and clearly marinated well. The only negative was the ratio of filling to bread. The bread is just a bit thick compared to the amount of filling, could maybe benefit from scraping the innards of the bread a bit before adding the fillings. I'd definitely get it again though!“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. I definitely recommend this restaurant and feel spoiled to be able to eat there so regularly. 💯“

“The broth was aromatic and flavorful without even needing to add any fixings, generous with the meat and the service was prompt honestly best bowl of pho I’ve had in a while, I put in a little hoisin and siracha but it was incredible both ways“

“I came here for the comfort of a hot bowl of pho on a cold windy day and it did not disappoint. In fact, it was the right thing to do.

My large bowl of Pho 24 was generously filled with protein and delicious, soft-silky noodles. The broth had depth and flavor that satisfies the craving you get fulfilled with only pho.

The goi cuon was neatly rolled and also packed with noodles, the usual veggies, and nicely sized shrimp lined in a row. The accompanying sauce was delicious and I let each bite swim in it before it disappeared.

The restaurant was clean and the light-hearted karaoke instrumental in the background made me feel like I’m just chillin at my aunt’s house.

“I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened in the mid-2000s. They serve quite authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their menu is extensive, offering more choices than many other Vietnamese restaurants. Occasionally, accessing the parking lot can be challenging due to its location on a busy street corner.“

“Kim is an exceptional lady, who took the time to explain her roots, and the way her food is different than other Vietnamese restaurants, and how her mom inspired many of the menu items.
However when you have folks who are preparing the food, who don't understand the culture, concept, and passion behind the dishes, somethings might slip through the cracks...
Like how long do you leave rice paper in the water before it starts to rip, or shrimp paste is supposed to smell like that, and it is to be eaten that way, or how to properly wash your bones when you make a stock, and not leave it smelling or tasting gamey.
Although Kim explained her version of the famous dish Bun Bo Hue, the place where her family comes from, there were minute details which I didn't care for, and I missed the usual garnished that are served with the dish, however authentic they might or might not be.
The Pho was good, a big portion of meat.
The star of my lunch were the crispy Wontons, perfectly balanced with the sweet chili sauce.

“I stumbled across this pho spot while visiting The Tasty Crab, and I’m so glad I did! I love pho soup, and after checking out the menu, I was happy to see the prices were comparable to my favorite spot back in New Jersey.

I came back the next day for a late lunch/early dinner, and it did not disappoint. The deep-fried spring rolls and summer rolls were absolutely delicious — fresh, crispy, and full of flavor.

I ordered the B13, which includes slices of well-done brisket, well-done flank, fat brisket, soft tendon, and bible tripe. It was a bit more variety than I’m used to, but it all worked together really well. My daughter and I shared a bowl and still had leftovers to take home — very generous portions!

The only downside was the $0.50 charge for an extra take-out bowl. It’s not a huge deal, but I feel like that should either be included in the price or they could use smaller, more cost-efficient containers.

Other than that, I absolutely loved the pho. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend it!“
