“Service was very quick. We got refills when we needed them. We are a family of 5. Usually we have to wait and they text us. So we will walk over to the bookstore. This time we got a table right away. They had endless fries and kept them coming for the whole table. These sliders were delicious! We always get the stack of onion rings as well which are always nice and crispy. But not too crispy. The picky kids were even happy!“

“This place was awesome when it first opened. Since it opened it has had an issue with its drink service. Their coke machine is always out of service. Plus when you get your drink you have to figure out which drink is yours and the server doesn't even know which drink is yours. Their French fries are now tasing a little cardboardy.“

“I had an amazing experience at IHOP recently, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Itzel. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She greeted us with a smile, made sure we were comfortable, and took our order quickly while answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Throughout the entire meal, Itzel consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, and she made sure our food came out correctly and in a timely manner. Even though the restaurant seemed busy, she never appeared rushed and still gave us excellent service.

What stood out the most was her positive attitude. Itzel was genuinely kind and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, but Itzel managed to be both.

The food was great, but the outstanding service from Itzel is what truly made the visit memorable. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the hard work she puts into making customers feel welcome. “Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“A very nice ice cream and sandwich shop. Very clean with a nice decor. Their shakes are truly spectacular, and their sandwiches were outstanding. My burger was one of the best , I’ve ever had, but the onion rings were over cooked. Our party of 10 commented about how good everything tasted. Oddly, we were served our food and didn’t get shakes until we were almost done. It has ample parking and is handicap friendly.“
