“It’s like grabbing a bite at your Uncle’s table. Although it may seem like walking into a time capsule, my family was greeted by the friendly owner. And he does everything; cooking, cleaning, running the register, and taking care of customers. It was really impressive and can really appreciate he does it all with a smile.The food is a must-try. Our chicken gyro was delicious with sliced peppers to give it a little kick. The pep-pizza for my son was crispy and made fresh. The fries were crisp and fresh as well. Overall, my family loved the restaurant and will definitely be back to try something new on the menu!“
“This place is always busy but never a long wait. The food and servers are great. Their omelettes are amazing and very large in size. The menu is well rounded and great for all. My kids really enjoy their breakfast but their favorite is the grilled cheese and fries.“

“GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I came here on Saturday night (3.23.24) and I was just blown away by their customer service, how clean it was, and how fast they are! Everything was freshly cooked!! I live in Chesapeake, but I would not mind traveling here to grab a burger or two! Thank you for a great experience.“

“Great food and service.I visited twice this week once with my colleague Chad, who recommended the place. The food was great and the plates were very large.I had the steak egg rolls and pork tacos the first night and the second night, I had the flat iron steak sandwich. All food items were amazing.“
“LOVE this place!!!! Food is great ,: at least everything I have tried is. I order on their website for pickup and it is such a great experience. Always ready on time and piping hot. Even when refrigerated , food is great the next day also. Can't say enough about how great this place “
“Great neighborhood bar. Very friendly managers, wait staff, and bartenders. Food is pretty good - standard sports bar fare, but maybe a notch above. Best value: loaded nachos (you can add on toppings for a little extra) and chicken tenders (nice and meaty and not greasy.) Worst value: DO NOT waste your money on the Buffalo wings. You basically get a plate full of tiny overcooked wings that will make you think "this must be what chicken jerky tastes like." Really disappointing dish for what's otherwise a pretty darned good "Cheers" kind of place.“
“Picked up a to-go order of burgers from here, ordered courtesy of my wife who decided to try this place out based on a food reviewer of VA's hotspot restaurants.I must say the salmon burger which my wife made request of chef to make it spicy left me in awe! My taste buds were greatly pleased & so was my wife's with the burger she ordered for herself.We will definitely be making future reservations to visit so we can enjoy the dining experience with great food here!“

“Came in from out of town and a friend suggested I come here, was not disappointed. Ordered the east coast burger with fries and a blueberry mojito. The burger was cooked right, ingredients tasted fresh, most places see fries as an afterthought but here they were freshly cut and had some kind of seasoning on them tasted great. And I had never had a mojito made with blueberry simple syrup before but I'd highly recommend trying it.“
“Update: went today around 1030. Not busy. The food was good in that the eggs were done as I requested. The hash browns tasted kind of fishy. Service was pretty poor. My server seemed to forget me bith before i ordered and when i was done. Both times i asked someone else for help and they got her. Once she was doing side work! Original post: Kind of mixture of diner and restaurant. Menu was pretty extensive, considering... my eggs Benedict, which I asked to be well done, was still runny. Prefer first watch.“

“Very nice location, roomy, bright, and clean. Service was great the two times I visited with 2 different employees. It has a really nice outdoor seating and a fireplace inside for cold days which makes it more of a cozy place to have a meal or ice cream.“
“Food was fine, thought price way to high. Yes I know all place are high.Plus management needs educate employees not just here all food places. Just because got gloves on can touch everything and gloves are clean. Watch cook keep touching face, walk out dinning area get drink ( with gloves touching door handles, the drink machine) never taking them gloves off and still handling food.“
“I love bringing my daughter and family members here. The ice cream here is out of this world!!! The sheer number of choices here is outstanding!! The ice cream itself is scrumptious and very flavorful. It is on the pricey side but it is worth every penny. The service here is quick and friendly. It is like the old sundae shops of the past. You can bring everyone in the family here and they will all find something they enjoy. I can only say that about a handful of places here in Virginia. The atmosphere here is cozy and family oriented. I come here at least once a week. I've never had a bad experience here. Every time has been phenomenal!! Thank you from my family and I.Parking: Lots of parking and a handful of handicapped parking as well. It has a large parking lot and is busier in the summer than in winter.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and they always have something to keep the kids busy so no mischief happens.“

“We picked up two of their Ensenada Chicken platters. You really would not expect a burger chain to make the best grilled chicken dinner in Richmond, but they do. Spicy enough to give it a good flavor without it being overkill. If you have never tried it, you should.“
“I was in the area for a meeting, and the security guard at the meeting location suggested this place. We were there at around 11 am on a weekday, so it was slow and quiet. I imagine it can get loud when there are more people there. It took a few minutes to get seated. I had the salmon with green beans. Both were really good. No complaints from anyone else in our party. Ok place for a nice lunch.Dietary restrictions: I asked for double green beans and no potatoes, and they obliged.“
“For lunch, had the Mexican taco bowl with hamburger. New item on the menu. Not bad. Pleanty of ingredients. Taco bowl is crisp and not greasy. Should fill up the average hungry person. Also recommend the new chicken frajita. Lots to eat for $3 more. Two winners.“
“We went to the West Broad St. IHOP for breakfast and ordered orange juice and sweet tea, the Bacon Temptation Omelette, and the Big Steak Omelette. We also ordered the 3 buttermilk pancakes. Our server, Liz, was friendly and very attentive. She stopped by to check on us several times, and our conversations were great! We really enjoyed talking to her she made our visit very enjoyable! We'll definitely stop by the West Broad St. IHOP again!Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces when we visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There were several wheelchair accessible parking spaces right by the entrance.“
“Big Double tray with everything, no Jalapeños. Thisssss burger was delicious to say THE LEAST ?. I took a bite and looked down at the burger like wait a minute lol! Don't get wrong, I was excepting to like it, after all I've had a few Cookout burgers. You've had one, you've had them all type of expectation but absolutely NOT. THIS burger ? was above and beyond. “My dinner was great. Food was delicious. They put a lime slice in my salsa with the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and it was a nice touch. Spinach dip and salsa was amazing as always. My bourbon street chicken and shrimp was bomb, along with the Bahama mama. My server Kendra was a sweetheart. Will definitely be back.“
“Food prices are way to expensive. But only reason 4. 5 for drive through. Matthew made me feel special . I wore my crown all day. I was having an extremely bad day and he gave me a crown and said , would you like a crown for the queen you are.....of course he says that to everyone. But I just loved his personality. She had a burger and garlic fries and I had a grilled teriyaki pineapple chicken sandwich with fries, the food was delicious, especially the garlic fries. “I will never not be kinda weirded out by places like CookOut, but it's probably just me and my nerves. The place itself is fine, though I rarely eat inside for that reason. What they are super great for is for getting a quick and good fast food dinner when you work late. Many a midnight's shift-end would see me going through that drivethru, and it is very special and awesome for that. Dip the cajun fries in chocolate milkshake, trust me, you won't ever eat them any other way again, it's magical.“
