The young man who brought out my sandwich was very friendly as well and made sure I got the right chips and correct drink. The roast beef was pretty good. Definitely recommend O’Kelly’s Martinsville.“

“I was currently at your location. I was impressed with the level of customer service despite the 2 customers ahead of me being difficult displayed. The hostess that prepared my sub was totally awesome. I finally received an actual regular sub. All times prior to today's visit I've been getting subs that were less than half of a giant sub. I heard her explain to another customer the sizes of the bread. She as well as the young lady that it was her first day on the job did very well today. Customer service like that is why I will continue to return.“

“A teen was working ALONE when I arrived and had been alone for 3 1/2 hours! There was no a/c running. There was a very long line. He was making sandwiches, doing veggie prep, ringing out, answering phone, EVERYTHING! He was really hustling! And was pleasant and polite. No one else was expected to show up for work for another 4 hours! He deserves a trophy!“

“The customer service was okay and the sub was good, but I believe that I was over charged by 98 cents. I called the store and only got the excuse that I had ordered a soda the price would have been less.

“Collinsville location is nice. They have a drive thru and great atmosphere. The best deals are online tho. BOGO footlongs. Awesome churros, footlong cookies, and a new footlong Oreo cookie. I love that they have avocado to add if you’d like. Large selection of sauces, every veggie you can think of, different breads, and cheeses. The staff is great, super helpful, fast, and friendly. The bags of chips are great, especially the baked lays 😉 but I think there too expensive. Overall, great anytime.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Randy at this Subway location for going above and beyond to ensure my food was safe to eat. I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which means I have to be extremely cautious about cross-contamination with mammalian products. Randy took my allergy seriously from the start: he changed gloves, used fresh utensils, and even gathered ingredients straight from the cooler to avoid any possible contamination.

I’ve never had a fast food employee go to that extent to ensure my safety and comfort. Because of his attention to detail and genuine care, I was able to enjoy my meal without any allergic reaction; something that’s incredibly rare for me.

Randy deserves major recognition for his professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. Subway is lucky to have someone like him on their team!“
