“I am just mad that I'm only experiencing Roz's food now! Roz is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet and her waitress is friendly, knowledgeable, and very social. This little slice of heaven, located inside of a pharmacy in the Mechanicsville area, is a great spot for breakfast or an early lunch. There's also plenty of sweets like cakes and muffins to satisfy that sweet tooth. I hope to go back very soon and visit Roz's again.“

“I would just like to say that I am very impressed with the Starbucks employees at Target. Yesterday I bought a gift card and ordered a drink and the young gentleman was extremely nice but I was overly impressed with the fact that the lady after me began asking him questions in sign language and she placed her order with him. He communicated with her and she seemed very happy to be able to talk to someone about her purchase. I would just like to say to this young man “good job” you are essential and important and we are lucky to have someone who can communicate with all customers“

“I came in today to pick up a mobile order and they were out of one of the sandwiches I ordered. I asked the cashier to possibly exchange it for another sandwich and she was so kind and helpful and I rlly wish I asked her name. Everyone in the store was professional and kind. I will be coming back again.“

“Best customer service I’ve ever had. They had to remake my order due to issues somewhat beyond their control making my wait longer. They prepared it and ended up giving my money back for the inconvenience. They are amazing all the time though and the staff rocks!“

“Quick and friendly. Helpful! This is inside Kroger Rutland and the server saw me trying to set my cup carefully in the cart which was leaning so she suggested their cup tray to help. My green tea latte was hot and very enjoyable and comforting to sip on while grocery shopping. I wanted to tip her and scanned app but it didn't bring up my receipt to add.“

“This was a frustrating visit on this particular day. there was a long wait at the drive-thru ordering spot with only one car in front of me. then another long wait with only two cars in front of me at the window. Plus my order was made as a cold beverage rather than hot and I specifically ask for hot every time. on the plus side they gave me the cold one in addition to the corrected one. I was in line with the drive-thru for over 10 minutes on this occasion. The final drink was correct and was tasty as usual.“
