“My friends from the U.S. Navy told me about this place, and I'm so glad they did! This is my favorite coffee spot in Norfolk now. They have the best latte in town, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing breakfast. There are plenty of outdoor seats, which is great. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, but honestly, it's a blessing in disguise, it forces you to disconnect and enjoy your morning. Highly recommend!“

My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. “We went during kittenpalooza and had a fantastic time! They had about 15 kittens in the room and each one was so adorable. This was my third visit to the Catnip Cat Cafe and each time is a blast. A lot of the cats are chill and let you pet/play with them; the staff will let you know which ones are a bit more “selective”.

The smell draws ya in at the hospital, and the taste and service brings ya back!! Brittany (B) gives top service!! I just told her what I liked and she makes it and she also invents drinks!! I tried this apple one she created today and yummmmmmm!!!“

“I've been wanting to visit this cute bakery for a while, so I was excited to finally stop by. When I arrived an hour after opening, the place was empty. There were three staff members—a barista, a cashier, and a bakery attendant. Of the three, only the bakery attendant greeted me with a friendly "Good morning," which I appreciated. The barista completely ignored me and the cashier was borderline unfriendly.

I would have liked a moment to browse the menu and bakery selection, but the cashier seemed impatient. A simple, "Is this your first time here? Would you like any recommendations?" would have been good enough.

I ordered the quiche which was bland. I also ordered the gluten free strawberry bar and that was absolutely delicious, so I might be back just for that.“

“I was visiting Norfolk and stopped by this Starbucks a couple times during my visit. I only used their Drive-Thru service but, of the workers I encountered here, they were always friendly and happy - as with most Starbucks. I picked up a variety of drinks for my passengers including bakery items. All were good. It is easy to find using Google Maps and they are right by the Norfolk Navy Lodge on Hampton Blvd. and across from the Popeye’s on Little Creek Rd.
