“I’ve come here an handful of times and have noticed that every time one of the leads is working, the store is in high spirits and hard at work! I believe their name tag said Lu. My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. If you ever find yourself here, ask for Lu if you want an easy experience!“

Scott went above and beyond helping me arrange everything for our large party, and when the weather caused a last-minute change, he made the adjustments seamlessly and with such kindness. “The morning crew is great and fast!
My 4 score is because the lack of consistency with the orders. Sometimes the food is either overcooked or cold. Other times my drink is made PERFECT or not done right. For the costs of these items I do expect a higher quality.“

“Stopped in at this Starbucks and had a great experience. The place is very clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to grab a coffee or hang out for a bit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they had my drink ready quickly—no long wait at all.

“Just picked up the drinks I ordered online, and idk the girls' name that is working but feel for her. She is the only one working. So taking orders & making drinks & most people in store were ordering from her. So just wanted her to know she's doing awesome !!?“

“One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. I just don't get to frequent it as much but that might change. Great staff, great service, and never any issues with my order. Great job all around! Ill be around more to maybe do some teleworking here!

Parking: There is not a ton of parking but I have never had an issue finding at least one spot!“

“I stopped by today with my family and quickly received our drinks. I would highly recommend this location to anyone near Old Dominion University’s campus as this one does take the Starbucks app so you can earn points and use eligible coupons.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access“

“Ive gone here multiple times, staff and service is usually excellent. Friendly, I'd say maybe one or two times it maybe sounded like the server might have missed their morning coffee, but nothing I can'tcomplain about . My order's are never wrong, they let me get an ice water and condiments without complaints. Gonna be my go-to coffee shop for awile.

Parking: rush hour can get super busy, drive through line can get super backed up. inside is not a bad choice.

Kid-friendliness: Leave your kids outside please.“

“Tracy and Bri gave me excellent service yesterday and informed me of the personal cup discount in a previous visit, so i brought in my own cup and they didn't disappoint in the slightest. My cinnamon dolce latte was as beautiful as it was delicious and i'll be back with my travelling mug soon :)“

“I don’t normally get Starbucks because its pricey but I actually enjoyed my visit here, especially when I tried the grand Chestnut praline latte. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was.

The latte itself was perfect not too sweet not too creamy just right. I asked for only two pumps of the chestnut praline syrup, which is perfect in my opinion and made latte itself was very enjoyable. Since I rarely go to Starbucks, I didn’t know what to get, but the person at the drive-thru was very helpful and helping me choose something and eventually recommended me that drink which I chose and was satisfied with for sure.

Again, I don’t normally go to Starbucks, but if I do, I’ll definitely visit this location if I do have a want for some nice lattes.“

“I sometimes stop in here when I do not have time to make it to the Little Creek Starbucks. I have never had an issue with the product or service. I even accidentally took somebody else's drink that looked like mine in a rush and did not notice for a couple minutes until I took a sip and they were super sweet about it when I came back and explained what I had done.“

“Just visited the Starbucks in Gate A and the young woman who took my order was so nice. I didn’t catch her name, but I just wanted to give her a shoutout for helping me choose a drink to my liking. I typically don’t like Starbucks and I’m not familiar with their menu, but our interaction was so refreshing and I look forward to ordering the drink she recommended in the future. Small gesture, but kindness, no matter how small, matters so much to me these days.“
