“They go above and beyond: I joined my book club ladies for dinner last night at Press 626. I have some mobility issues and was advised to take the back steps upon arriving. I was well assisted up the stairs and taken to our table. The servers could not have been more pleasant. When it was time to leave one of the female employees assisted me down the front steps and to my waiting car. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you so much.“

“I’ve eaten here now 5 times. Gone for an evening date, family gathering of 8, and a regular dinner for 4 out and about in town. They can accommodate anything. The food is excellent, creative and unique. Staff is nice and helpful, and hardworking. This is a staple for me. Parking on the street hasn’t been a problem but also garages are available or uber if you are enjoying the neat drink menu.“

“We came here as a group of 6 on a Tuesday evening, and we were seated at their smallest table. When we asked to be moved to a larger (there were 3 open larger tables) we were told that the "wait" was too long. All 3 tables sat empty the entire time we ate. 3 of the 6 people in our party ordered the blackened sword fish at $34/plate. The orders came as grilled and they were severely over cooked. When we mentioned that the orders were wrong, we were told that they could take that fish back add blackened seasoning and re cook the same (already overcooked) fish. We asked to speak to the manager, whose immediate solution was to take off the automatic gratuity and just not tip our server. We never got an apology for the food being wrong, and the manager was completely rude the entire time. The manager's final solution was to take $4 off of a $80 bill. We will not be back.“

“Absolutely delicious food. The blend of all the different flavors was heavenly. I have celiac and love how I didn’t have to worry about contamination or have to compromise on food quality. The staff was very friendly. My friend brought me here for my birthday, and I’m So grateful. I will be returning and recommending this place.“

“Attended the wine dinner last evening and was underwhelmed. I had called to ask if they would accommodate dietary requests such as vegetarian/pescatarian and was told no however last evening they had several people that they accomadated for dietary requests. It was disappointing to learn that too late. It was a rainy cold evening and the seating for the event was in their inclosed outside seating area. Throughout the evening you got burst of cold air in spite of the heaters it was cold. Going into the colder months I definitely would not attend if they don’t change the location of the dinner in their restaurant. The food and wine were good but nothing overly impressive. The last wine was Federalist which is a very inexpensive everyday wine that you can get at total wine for under $20. I guess I was expecting more from the wine dinner which is why I say I was underwhelmed.“

“We came upon this hidden gem when visiting Chelsea Bakehouse last week. We passed by this quaint house with a lovely garden and noticed people sitting out in the garden. Out front there was a sign about wine tasting and Turkish Breakfast on sat and sun mornings…we were intrigued. So we planned to go the following Saturday. Walked in and there was a beautifully decorated “in house”dining area. Very intimate. We opted to sit in the garden since the weather was perfect. Jason who was our server (come to find out part owner as well) was so welcoming and friendly. He chatted about the menu as well as the house and gardens. It was like talking with an old friend. The first course of three came out. It’s only $25 per person and you can order extras from course 1 and 2. My whole party eats a plant based diet so we were delighted that all the dishes are vegetarian. Everything was delicious! We wanted to dig in right away and forgot to take pictures. The atmosphere was so chill, like you were having breakfast at a friend’s house. We cannot wait to go back and try dinner!“

“This place is a hidden gem in Norfolk, run don’t walk to go eat here! Absolutely amazing Korean food! It was empty when my husband and I went but it was also late afternoon. The only server was the sweetest elderly woman, who is probably an owner. Hands down the best Korean food I’ve ever had (and I lived in Annandale,VA which has a Korean restaurant on every corner practically). Do not be fooled by the exterior of the building, inside is really nice and spotless. I can’t wait to go back!“

“Tried this restaurant due to its reviews and weren't dissapointed. We almost left due to the unassuming exterior of what was inside. We're pleasantly surprised once inside. Clean quaint place. Wing appetizer were large wings with several flavors and spice levels to chose from my wife and I ordered 3 entries to share and take home which were all excellently prepared and were better than most Thai places we have tried. Waitress was very attentive to our needs checking up with us frequently. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will surely be returning.“

“Found this place by googling “Lumpia near me.” I was pleasantly surprised! The customer service was top notch and made me feel welcomed and warm. They even allowed me to try menu items as it was my first time there! I ended up buying lumpia and a full meal with chicken and rice! The food was delicious! I love it so much I sent my friends over there that very same day! They ordered multiple items and loved each of them! I’ll definitely be back! This is my new fav spot! Try them! You won’t regret it!
