“First off the service was great! We got the small room which was on par with other similar karaoke bars.

Maybe because it’s been a while since I’ve been to a karaoke spot but the prices were a bit steep (maybe it’s the area?).

All in all we had an amazing time, the rooms were clean, sound system was great, song selections on point, karaoke system didn’t have a lag like some places, and bathrooms were clean!

Small room fits 6 adults comfortably. 8 would fit but would be a tight fit.

Parking: Part of a strip mall with plenty of free parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Doors have enough clearance, rooms could easily accommodate a wheelchair, and while the bathroom is plenty big to maneuver, I don’t remember seeing a grab bar in the single person bathroom.“

Truly impressive across the board - friendly, welcoming and FUN. Pete, Kelly and their team are true professionals; they love their work and make sure everyone feels welcome. Pete personally goes from table to table - when he's not joining the band/playing guitar! Kelly is wonderful, kind, warm, and consistently books the BEST bands around. Bartender Bo is indeed "super cool" and funny. Servers Mario and Andrea are helpful, attentive, efficient, and keep everyone very well-fed. Chef Pete (different one) regularly impresses with tasty appetizers, entrees, salads (Greek is a fave), desserts, and more. More than worth a visit - keep going back! I'm proud to be a regular (OK - groupie/super-fan) and my nights at Pete's are true weekend highlights. From the time I make reservations through walking through the front door of the restaurant, the service, the managers, the chef, the food, to serving the BEST ITALIAN CUISINE SINCE ITALY, and cleanliness in the restrooms. Look, I live in Old Town Alexandria, VA, where there are some of the best Italian restaurants on the East Coast but those restaurants do not compare to my Maggiano’s. I seriously have to drive out of my way, Springfield, to get the Best Italian on the East Coast. It’s worth every second. The cuisine inside this Maggiano’s tastes exactly like my Italian grandparent’s cooked it. I frequent this restaurant at least once or twice a week. “First of all the atmosphere is so cute!! They went all out for halloween but in general you can tell a lot of thought was put into the decor to make it a fun environment. The happy hour was great, 10/10 recommend their spicy margarita. The beef empanadas were so delicious and all of their salsas and house sauce was so good. Lastly, our server Lucas was so attentive and great. Everything came out extremely quick and he was very personable. This will be our new go to spot before EagleBank events!

Carlos was our server and was SUPER nice and had a great sense of humor. Greg the DJ for karaoke was SO nice and hyped everyone up. They wanted us to come back. “Good place to go for KFC (Korean fried chicken) pub night. The wings were crispy and they offered a lot of flavors I haven't seen from other KFC places. We got a huge serving of edamame, and the fried dumplings were crispy and flavorful. I tried the black and white cocktail, which is whiskey and rice wine, and the combination reminded me a lot of mezcal with that tobacco-y flavor profile. I recommend the yuzu highball, which is perfect for a palate cleanser after eating sticky crispy wings. The restaurant itself is clean and modern looking, and I got a chuckle out of the restroom signs. Service was really great and made sure we had everything we needed.“

“I have been to Open Road many times and like it there. This time, we had hoped to sit on the patio as it was beautiful out. But we felt we couldn't because the live music was so loud, we would not have been able to hear each other. Inside in the end it wasn't much better. The multiple TVs had the sound up at full volume, showing a game. Because that was so loud, the din of everyone in the restaurant having to yell over the noise made it a pretty unpleasant experience. This will actually make me think twice about going back to a restaurant I've always liked.“

I will warn you, the Karaoke is pricey (can’t remember off the top of my head) and the food is great but expensive, so eat beforehand if that is a concern for you.“
