“I came out of the metro stop on the way to work and saw this little unsuspecting shop. I decided later that day to go to lunch with my coworkers and suggested this place. There were quite a lot of people in line for these sandwiches, which was a very good sign already.
Reasonably priced and the KBBQ sub is STUFFED with saucy, slightly spicy meat and yummy pickled veggies. The turkey melt is also a popular favorite and my coworker liked it. It made me full for the whole day. I really want to try their bowls next time!“

I knew after dropping off my son, dinner was going to be from Jetties. I was able to find street parking, and was warmly greeted upon walking into the restaurant. Being a previous customer from other locations, I knew I was going to use the kiosk to place my order. While I waited for my food to be served, I was able to walk around. There was ample outdoor seating with lights, looking like a rather romantic area with umbrellas and wooden tables. Within minutes, my order was ready! I order the Tom Never, and my wife order the thirty salad. Both meals were delicious, warm, with generous portions sizes. The one reminder is that Jetties is a cashless restaurant, and they truly value their customers. Super legit sandwich shop located inside some kind of mixed offices building, very close to the metro. From cold sandwiches to wraps to the hot stuff, these guys really know whats up. Very kind and efficient staff without too many frills. Skip that Potbelly down the street, this is the best sandwich spot you'll find south of the Potomac.“

“We placed breakfast and lunch catering orders for in office meetings and both orders arrived on time, the food was fresh, and very flavorful. We were extremely pleased. The quality matches the value and we would definitely choose Brown Bag for our future large group catering needs.“

“The veggie patty sandwiches are always at this location and it always makes my sandwich more filling. I love the topping selection they have and it was the Safeway I grew up with in my old neighborhood, I will always order from this location.

Vegetarian options: The veggie patty is a game changer for vegetarians such as myself. I noticed a large difference in how much faster I got hungrier eating a sandwich without the veggie patty compared to when it was present. Plus it’s freaking delicious“

“Good food but service could use improvement, mainly service times and workers not acknowledging customers. I get they have work to do but standing at the counter for minutes and minutes to answer a simple question is rather annoying.

After placing an order in person, some huge annoying woman waddles up and asks all these questions about ordering and whatnot. An employee goes over and curates her experience. Somehow then she walks out with her two bags while I'm still waiting for two steaks and some wings.

“The big kahuna I ordered from there was absolutely delicious! Everyone that was behind the line was friendly and working diligently to help customers as a line began forming when I was midway through ordering. My attendant, Andre, went above and beyond to offer the best customer service at a fast pace, all whilst encouraging his fellow workers! The ONLY complaint I have is that it was really hot in the store, I wanted to rag in but the heat forced me to eat in the car instead. I hope they get that fixed soon.
