“First off, the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful! They’re patient and always ready with great suggestions. If you can’t decide, you can even sample the chicken salads. They also checked in to make sure the food was to your enjoyment. The environment is upbeat and spotless — even the bathrooms are clean!

Now, on to the food! Everything is delicious 😋. The daily soups are savory and warm you right to the core. I had the Classic Carol on toasted wheat, and it did not disappoint! The prices are fair for the amount and quality of food you get. The food walls served very quickly, less than 5 minutes from ordering to get to your table! Highly recommend!

Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. “On a busy Friday night of running around with the kiddos, it’s hard to grab a bite. I was taking my son to a school function and noticed while driving the “Jetties” sign. I knew after dropping off my son, dinner was going to be from Jetties. I was able to find street parking, and was warmly greeted upon walking into the restaurant. Being a previous customer from other locations, I knew I was going to use the kiosk to place my order. While I waited for my food to be served, I was able to walk around. There was ample outdoor seating with lights, looking like a rather romantic area with umbrellas and wooden tables. Within minutes, my order was ready! I order the Tom Never, and my wife order the thirty salad. Both meals were delicious, warm, with generous portions sizes. The one reminder is that Jetties is a cashless restaurant, and they truly value their customers. If you’re looking for great food at a reasonable price, please consider Jetties, you will not regret it. Enjoy!“

“My first time in a Potbelly and Terell was very patient and professional. He explained the process and menu items to me. He even checked the ripened avocado 🥑 for me before I could decide. The place was clean, and there were plenty of reserves parking for patrons that I love since it is by the highway in the busy city side.

When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. The roll had a nice crust and was soft and fluffy on the inside like it should be. Everyone that was behind the line was friendly and working diligently to help customers as a line began forming when I was midway through ordering. My attendant, Andre, went above and beyond to offer the best customer service at a fast pace, all whilst encouraging his fellow workers!
