“This is the classic RTC spot. A go-to for afterschool treats every year starting second grade. The cardamom flavor rocks… There’s almost no reason to go to RTC anymore post-covid and paid parking, but Pitango has stuck around, outlasting Red Velvet, Busara, Big Bowl, Mon Ami Gabi, and even Clyde’s… once it closes I may never return. It’s criminal what Boston Properties has done to Reston Town Center, which for me was more than the center of Reston, it was the center of the world, nay, the universe. Even Pitango’s long-time neighbor The Counter has disappeared. I fear RTC’s Pitango may not be long for this world, would like to return sometime soon. Vintage photos attached“

“I’ve been here twice in the past week, and both times the customer service was absolutely exceptional. On my first visit, a staff member (I wish I could remember his name!) was incredibly helpful. I had no idea it was a Martha Stewart collaboration, and he patiently walked us through all our options for the order we selected.
When I went in last night, the manager was there, and she was phenomenal! She had such an incredible vibe and exuded so much positive energy that I knew I had to leave a review. As for the cookies themselves—they were delicious! I typically prefer a thinner cookie, and these were absolutely perfect!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“

“Order 6 cookies for delivery and one of the cookies I recieved was wrong, got the pink cookie instead of chocolate chip. Not that big of a deal except the chocolate chip is the only one of my family member will eat. Also every time I ask this location to add a special note it never gets done. Tried contacting support, but it didnt work. Next time I guess ill save the extra $5 delivery fee and go in myself so I can verify I got what I paid for.“

“Oh my gosh! I love this place! We were visiting from Texas and this was our everyday morning stop (and it may or may not have been an evening snack or two also ). All the different pastries were awesome (my son had a mango cream bun every time). You HAVE to try the Tiramisu latte. Oh! Oh! And the Black Forest Cake was the friggin bomb! More than how great the food was, the ownership and staff were spectacular! We felt like we were popping in and seeing old friends. If I am ever anywhere near here, I will definitely come by for more delicious treats!! If you live nearby, support this locally owned shop. They deserve all the success possible.“

“I recently visited Cafe Bdan in Centreville. The location is conveniently located next to Hmart. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for either a relaxed solo visit or catching up with friends.
I tried their patbingsu and vegetable crepes, and it was delicious! Additionally their coffee taste good as well.“

“I needed to order a special cake for my Father-In-Law but I lived in a different state. We had a very specific request for this cake so I spoke with multiple bakeries in that area. We ended up going with EID because Jim, the man we were talking with, went above and beyond to make a connection with me! We brainstormed different ideas and felt like our cake was important to him. We had no problem paying in full because of that connection. His communication was awesome and I was so excited to meet him when we picked up the cake. He took all the tidbits of our conversation and made THE perfect cake. It looked stunning and was equally as delicious! In addition, he met us at the door with complimentary samples. If we ever have another need for a bakery out here, EID with be the only one we call!“

“I bought a MangoNada was fresh and delicious and the young ladies make it right away this is my first time trying I am from New York and came to visit a friend I wish to have a mangolina that I can buy me a mangonada everyday on summer but not only that the staff was friendly and they went above and beyond giving recommendations what I can try and I am satisfied with my mangona and the customer service I got. I can’t wait to try the ice cream. I hope the owner can open more stores in New York“

“June was absolutely brilliant she was walking around the mall giving free samples and I tried a piece of lava chocolate I believe even tho I had lunch all ready I completely loved it and went back later to buy two cookies the lava chocolate and lemon berry she gave me all the details about the cookie in case of allergies wonderful experience definitely coming back !!!!!“

“During our stay In Virginia we happened to try this one. In a little corner, small place but the taste takes miles n memories to back home India. Taste was very nostalgic. Selling by weight would have been ideal as per piece I felt a little odd. Little pricey n the packing is pretty good. This gave us a Swagruha feeling n left meltingly delicious flavor in mouth. Peda, Kaja, Laddu n mixture we tried were all flavorful n authentically delicious. We also got few take away on our way back to Bay Area for our friends to try. Would say , a must try if visiting or living in Virginia.“

“Absolutely delicious crepes! Super friendly owners and the most delicious crepes my family and I have had. Nice little kiosk with enough room to sit and enjoy. Coffee and lattes are also great and a nice addition to your desserts.“

“The taste of pastries are great, I come back this place regularly, The sliced cake especially mango mouse are fantastic! I like custard bread (custard filled bread), rolled cake and tuna bread.
The atmosphere is O.K because of the part of the large shopping mall, it can be a little noisy due to the people in the mall. Otherwise, I continue to shop their products.“

“I had a great experience with Insomnia Cookies. They initially messed up my order, but when I called, the staff was super responsive and kind. They immediately corrected it and re-delivered exactly what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was top-notch ..excellent customer service!“
