“First time coming to Machu Picchu Restobar with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful experience at this Peruvian restaurant. The chaufa was especially memorable and so was the ceviche, I’m very picky and this one hit the spot, the chaufa brought me right back to Peru and reminded me of eating it as a kid. My girlfriend, and she absolutely loved the food as well. We both highly recommend this place!
Our server and the floor manager (or owner, I believe) were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and inviting, which made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and a place that brought back some great memories. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Chicka Loca is a hidden gem, and the Bistec alo Pobre sealed the deal for me. This dish was everything, a well seasoned, tender steak cooked to perfection, topped with a fried egg, and loaded with crispy fries and sweet fried plantains. Every bite was rich, hearty, and packed with authentic Latin flavor.

The portion size was incredibly generous, easily worth every penny. The steak had a wonderful sear on the outside while staying juicy on the inside, and the way it all came together on the plate felt like true comfort food done right.

The vibe at Chicka Loca is warm and welcoming, the service was attentive, and the food came out in great time. If you're anywhere near Fairfax and you haven't tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and get in there. Start with the Bistec alo Pobre you won't regret it. I'll definitely be back!“

He helped me and another couple get set up with the wonder app and gave recommendations on which foods to try. “Pollo Xpress has become our family’s favorite restaurant! I’d argue they might have the best burgers and wings in the area🤤🍔🍗! My son even cleans his plate with their chicken, rice and fries. Now, with a new breakfast all day menu (haven’t tried it yet, but can’t wait) added, I’m sure this place will stay at the top of our list! This high praise from a tough food critic.
