My son has allergies and the staff were really accommodating to make sure we didn't have any issues. Michael suggested it would be even better if he toasted it on the side and then add it in my sandwich for a better flavor. He then went the above and beyond to finish my order with enthusiasm!! “Just swung by the Chick-fil-A at North Point Village Center, and it lived up to the hype! The chicken sandwich was, as always, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and those waffle fries? Still the best in the game. The service was also super friendly and efficient, even during what looked like a busy time. While I didn't do delivery, I overheard a couple of folks mentioning some recent order issues, so maybe dine-in is the safer bet for now. Overall though, still a solid and satisfying fast-food experience.“

“I stopped by this Chick fil A while in uniform and was really impressed with the level of care and customer service. The manager on shift went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. Truly one of the best Chick fil A experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location.“

“I really miss the Lamb Falafel it was my favorite protein. I like that the food is always fresh. I Don’t come as often because the Lamb Falafel is not available any longer. I still come once in a while because Leticia is alway very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work!!!“
