“I was about to give 0 stars because I didn't get to see Ben Affleck, but the service was great and I got my pink donut fix. But no one had even close to a Boston accent.

Kid-friendliness: Donuts have sugar. Kids love sugar. That's a no brainier. But staff asks they are supervised.

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a wheelchair so I always have a seat. Was easy to get around the store.“

“I quit going to Starbucks and started coming to this specific Dunkin’ because of Tyrone at the cashier’s window. Tyrone is an absolute joy who is always looking to brighten someone’s day! He’s quick, efficient, and most importantly, he keeps me wanting to come back here. He is doing great things at this store! Give this man a raise!“

“I don't live in the area, but every time I stop in for coffee, this Dunkins is one of the best, and I only drink Dunkins. These young employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Such a rarity these days. I intentionally stop at this Dunkins when I'm in the area. “

“The lead here is always very vocal and inviting to paying customers. We did have a big issue when a homeless person was here before. They were not kind. It was sad to see. As a customer who frequents the store, I was just worried about the safety of the homeless person, as well as the people working and myself. However the next time I’ve visited it the manager and I spoke more and they service has gotten better. As well as the customer service the owner or the manager is very funny.
