“Caught up with an old friend I hadn’t seen since around ’95/’96 over lunch on 6/17/2025. I’m not usually a downtown Richmond person—city crowds just aren’t my thing—but I’m really glad he suggested this spot. I made the drive from King William, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was fantastic, and the laid-back atmosphere made it the perfect place to reconnect. I had the pork carnitas with a Caesar side salad—super flavorful, and the pork was incredibly tender. The Caesar dressing? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to know if it was homemade or store-bought, because I need it in my life! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxed and cool meeting spot. I’m already planning to explore more RIC gems soon!“

“First time at Edo’s last night. There was a couple walking up the stairs in front of us as we went in, and when we got to the door, a waitress said “I need that cup” and yanked it out of the woman’s hand as she walked off. She was the same waitress that sat us, but not who took our order. The waitress who took our order was extremely rude almost the entire time. A couple of times she brought food out and put it on our table AS she’s walking by. I stopped her once, to ask if we could have our bread warmed as it was cold. She barely stopped as she said “no.” And continued walking. The waitresses were rude and made me feel so uncomfortable with their terrible attitudes. Atmosphere is a little cramped but it was fine. The food was AMAZING though. It was really hot, and the pasta portions were GENEROUS.“

“We love this place. We started with the sea bass wrapped in a banana leaf. Divine! My husband has chicken tika, med hot, i enjoyed a Vergara eggplant dish. Delicious. We drove over 400 miles for this meal as we just arrived back in the area, NC. We can't wait till we are back in our home in Virginia to make this our date night spot again. We ended with a special treat the kashmirini naan !“

“I had the Atlantic omelette and I was so impressed. It truly had lump crab and lobster in the omelette some omelettes when you deal with seafood are skimpy with the crab and lobster, but hands-down Lulu was one of the best and their omelette was truly well done sometimes omelettes are not cooked all the way through. It was just an amazing experience for me, I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back lol 😂 I saw 👀 the chicken and red velvet waffles!“

“Union Market is a great lunch spot! I’m a big fan of the indoor/outdoor dining, and the neighborhood market feel. The vegan club sandwich was fantastic, but I will always be a fries over chips gal. Richmond restaurants lack parking lots, so it can be tough to find decent parking. I would return, and I am interested in trying other menu items and drink options!“

“Delicious food, mediocre service and 0 stars for not being friendly to kids. Would not recommend bringing your kids here as you’ll get lots of eye rolls and passive aggressive attitudes towards your children. Also asked for a replacement Thai iced tea after mine came with coconut milk and was supposed to be half and half and serve was very clearly frustrated and offered zero resolution other than “being out of half and half so that’s all we can do”. Will just order carry out next time so we don’t have to deal with the poor service.“

“Food was average at best. Out of everything including a cook. Actually closed the kitchen for about 30 minutes because cook was at end of shift and no one there to replace him. They are listed as a Priority Pass discounted restaurant and when asked, they looked at me like I was crazy. No clue.“

“My teenage niece and I had a blast playing the new mini golf holes! The space theme inside is really cool, the topiary animals outside are neat and all the holes are quirky and fun! We played twice and had a nice lunch in between.“

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!“

“We had a private dinner served to us by the 2 partners of Tulsi. They came to Vinnie and Rebecca’s beautiful yard and gave us a cooking experience we will all never forget. “My pop came through town about two weeks ago. He said he wanted to grab lunch. I work nearby, and knew he loves a good burger. I was concerned because my mother (who loves cooking, loves learning new recipes, but has her classics and go-to’s, makes his burgers) would never hear the end of it, if the meal was awesome. Well. I was right. So my mom and my pops came to town and wanted to have dinner, with me and my partner. After politely asking us recommendations and subtly dodging each place my partner and I mentioned. My mom asks, “Where did you take Daddy for lunch?” We ended up hanging out and chatting while the staff started to close up. Great food. Every time. Great fast friendly service. Every time. Need a restaurant that your parents like to get them to visit? (Probably not) but THANK YOU, EAZZY BURGER!“

“What a spectacular find! We are out of towners and made a reservation about a week in advance so it was easy to get a spot and we were seated right away. The food is next level and so are the drinks. We shared a tomato and steak tartare for appetizer that was 10/10. I had the Beef Swellington and my wife had the lamb with dumplings. Both were 11/10. Dessert was unbelievable too. The only 'but' is that, being new to the area, the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and we had to park a couple of blocks away. It's ignorant bias, I'm sure, and we felt perfectly safe. It's just that it did not feel like it was on a super curated touristy area. We'll be back for sure. Many times.“

“Just left from their. Got the greek meatball appetizer (big enough for a meal) and a small greek salad and a bloody mary. ALL of it was terrific. My MIL got a crab sandwich and it was really good as well. The onion rings were the best I ever had.“

My husband had the brisket sandwich which he said was fantastic. I had the trainwrek that was so large and outstanding I couldn’t finish it and have leftovers.
