“What started off not so great had more than a great ending. I had ordered catering pick up for my son’s birthday party. My husband went to pick up the order at the pick up time but the food was not ready. He was provided several large bags and told all food was included. When he arrived home with the food I realized half the order was missing and there were no sauces or dressings. I called to ask if they could please deliver the order as we had 20 people in the house and were out of food at this point. Chic fil A not only delivered the remaining order, but they also threw in an entire extra nugget rams dessert tray and refunded my entire order. Excellent customer service that I did not anticipate. Thank you and we will be using again!“

“I don't eat hamburgers but they're shakes are extraordinary! A friend of mine turned me on to them. Absolutely delicious and well made. Service is excellent. Couldn't be happier. The entrance to the drive-thru is a menace and that is the only issue. Be careful and look around. It's very close to the BJ's gas and an access point for people to get in and out. It's a bad area for good yummy shakes! Haha

“We decided to dine in for the first time in 2 years. The staff was so wonderful to hear me out about my food allergy (mammalian meat allergy, or Alpha Gal Syndrome) and assist me with SAFE choices that I full well intend to make this a regular stop in the future.

The atmosphere is similar to that of Chipotle and Five Guys. The staff was very friendly and informative, AND they made sure to mitigate any possibility of cross contamination!

Highly recommend. Next time I will get photos.

“I was incredibly impressed with my second experience at this McDonald’s. We have come here to let the kids play in the play area and today someone’s kid pooped in the there. We told the employees and immediately they had someone come in to disinfect the entire play area. They took us seriously, got us another milk as my toddler dropped his as we were talking, and were so personal. Definitely will be coming back to this McDonalds even though there is one right by my house.“

“Had driven by this Bojangles a number of times as I am a butane hauling truck driver.
Had enough room out front to pull over, park, hop out and do a walk-in order.
Bathroom was one of the cleanest and best smelling in a Bojangles that I had been to for quite some time My food was fresh and hot and the Spanish lady who was the cashier, very pleasant, very friendly??.
I was in and out and back on the road would definitely recommend this store and I will be visiting again on my next trip.“

“We came in and were very happy with our experience. Brenda was the manager on duty when we came in and the restaurant was immaculately clean inside and out. The manager took our order and brought it to our table after it was freshly prepared. Everything was nice and hot like it should be. I’ve never been to a fast food joint that they would bring my food to the table. Brenda went the extra mile.

Chicken tenders were very good, tasted great, and we had plenty of dipping sauce. Fries were good and a generous portion. The Cole slaw was great.

Brenda is outstanding and makes you feel at home. I would go back to this particular Hardee’s anytime. You should too. Tell Brenda I sent you!“

“The Hardee’s on orange ave is one of the few that remind me how Hardee’s use to be growing up. What I mean is the food quality is better than any other Hardee’s in the area. The people are friendly busy location so sometimes there is a wait, but there is a reason the drive thru is backed up anyone that lives in the area knows it’s the best Hardee’s around. The restaurant really needs to be updated inside and out. The drive thru moved fairly quick and the food was hot. My star review is based on a Hardee’s not a 5 star restaurant.“

“I hope corporate is paying attention to Ben Johnson, the ONLY employee working today at Pizza Hut. He deserves a raise. “We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.“

“The Manager On Duty, a beautiful black lady, was so soft-spoken and polite, it's obvious the whole team has an immense amount of respect for her. She was handling the busy drive through with a lot of calmness while politely leading her staff. She is a gem!“

I know it's early in the AM, but if you aren't going to have fresh rolls, try to figure out a way to keep the left over rolls fresher.“
