We stopped here at the last second instead of going to Chik-fil-a. Food here is delicious, lots of vegan options, and reasonably priced. Would totally recommend if you’re in the area!!!!“

“As someone with alpha gal, this place is amazing. Most of the food is vegan, and everything is put together in front of you.
The rice is absolutely amazing. The hummus and the green herb sauce is also really good (though not spicy even though it said it was). We went twice once at dinner and lunch the next day.
Definitely a new favorite I will always go to while in Roanoke.“

I do wish the portions were more consistent...when you get a cookout tray and you get a side (for example onion rings) there may be times where you get like 3 rings. Their milkshakes are also always a great go-to, but I've noticed that they cut back on a lot of flavors (there is still a good variety to choose from though!)“

“I found this place on Google search a couple of years ago. An awesome hidden gem! The hotdogs are amazing and so are the onion rings. The Italian ice is also awesome! Portions are huge. Everything is homemade. We drive a pretty good way out of our way just to eat here. Owner is very friendly.“

Food is pretty good but the quality of the tenders tend to vary. Sometimes they're really good, other times they're a little rubbery. Their fry seasoning is pretty elite, and the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries are probably my favorite thing on the menu.“

“The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.* Update* we still live this Bojangles better than the rest. But please please fo back to the box. The paper bag is not a good thing to use. As the tea swears and makes the bag rip. Sadly today we ordered our food and it came with the tea but rhe tea was busted at the bottom, and tore the bag luckily it was in the car, but we almost lost the food. But our car is now sticky and stained. Please go back to the box and check your teas for leaks before giving them out.“

“I ate at the Five Guys in Tanglewood Mall. There is alot to like about a Five Guys. It's kinda fast food, but your burgers are cooked fresh. Lots of ingredants that they'll load it up with. I liked the Cajun fries, and they filled the container to overflowing. The lady that waited on me was super nice. Most coplaints that I've heard about this place has to do with cost. I can 't really defend that. A meal here will cost you about 20 dollars. The food is good, but you'll pay for it.“

This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.

“I made a trip to Arbys on Williamson to try the new Cheesesteak. Upon my arrival I was told they don't have the product for it. So I dont give up hope I go to try another Arbys. Before going I give the one on Brandon a call. Im then informed they have what the cheesesteak. I tell the manager Kristin(or thats why I think her name is) about my experience and how I had to drive across town to their store. Her fantastic customer service skills and make it right attitude is something that keeps the customers coming back. I frequent Jamison because it is closer to me. But I really wouldn't driving 5 more minutes to keep getting an experience like that! Not sure has been running it since Seleste had been gone, but I will say that made a right choice with hiring that manager.“

“Went to get chipotle all for them to be closed early I had never had qdoba right across the street before but they saved the day when they were still open unlike chipotle closing over a hour early. I went across the street to qdoba and was so satisfied the people were friendly and my food was so delicious I will be returning thanks!“

“Went around 330pm on a Monday. Money taking girl employee was very nice. The food window we got our drink right away but waited a bit for the food but the fries were hot and fresh so it was worth the extra minute or so we waited. It was a great experience overall.“

Ordered a 2 piece combo. Asked for spicy, but they were out of it. He said they could fry it, but it would take 20 minutes. I said regular was fine. They did give me an extra piece for not having spicy chicken.
The regular chicken was fresh, but not really what I wanted.
The restaurant was clean inside and overall a good experience.
I appreciate the manager making up with the extra piece of chicken.“

“Ordered yesterday and while eating pulled a long blonde hair from my sub and part of it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It's not hard to put your hair up. I'm also pregnant and this made me physically get sick. Only ate a quarter of a giant sub and couldn't finish the rest. Usually never have problems with this location until now. When ordering for delivery on the Jersey Mike's app you don't get to choose which location you order from. So I will not be ordering anymore sadly... since this location won't regulate sanitary standards.“

“The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well.
