“What started off not so great had more than a great ending. I had ordered catering pick up for my son’s birthday party. My husband went to pick up the order at the pick up time but the food was not ready. He was provided several large bags and told all food was included. When he arrived home with the food I realized half the order was missing and there were no sauces or dressings. I called to ask if they could please deliver the order as we had 20 people in the house and were out of food at this point. Chic fil A not only delivered the remaining order, but they also threw in an entire extra nugget rams dessert tray and refunded my entire order. Excellent customer service that I did not anticipate. Thank you and we will be using again!“

“Recently, my husband and I wound up staying in a hotel near Roanoke. I remembered getting milkshakes with my son near there when we were driving cross country. I told my husband that those were the best milkshakes I had ever had. We decided to find the Cook Out restaurant and went through their drive thru. The milkshakes did not disappoint!“

“I found this place on Google search a couple of years ago. An awesome hidden gem! The hotdogs are amazing and so are the onion rings. The Italian ice is also awesome! Portions are huge. Everything is homemade. We drive a pretty good way out of our way just to eat here. Owner is very friendly.“

Food is pretty good but the quality of the tenders tend to vary. Sometimes they're really good, other times they're a little rubbery. Their fry seasoning is pretty elite, and the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries are probably my favorite thing on the menu.“

This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.

“I made a trip to Arbys on Williamson to try the new Cheesesteak. Upon my arrival I was told they don't have the product for it. So I dont give up hope I go to try another Arbys. Before going I give the one on Brandon a call. Im then informed they have what the cheesesteak. I tell the manager Kristin(or thats why I think her name is) about my experience and how I had to drive across town to their store. Her fantastic customer service skills and make it right attitude is something that keeps the customers coming back. I frequent Jamison because it is closer to me. But I really wouldn't driving 5 more minutes to keep getting an experience like that! Not sure has been running it since Seleste had been gone, but I will say that made a right choice with hiring that manager.“

“The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.* Update* we still live this Bojangles better than the rest. But please please fo back to the box. The paper bag is not a good thing to use. As the tea swears and makes the bag rip. Sadly today we ordered our food and it came with the tea but rhe tea was busted at the bottom, and tore the bag luckily it was in the car, but we almost lost the food. But our car is now sticky and stained. Please go back to the box and check your teas for leaks before giving them out.“

“I ordered delivery and when I opened the bag I had missing items and items I did not order. I had to get in my vehicle (wasn't feeling well) go to the restaurant and inform them of the error. Although I was a little vexed, Travis handled the situation with professionalism, and compassion for my having to come to the restaurant under my circumstances. “Went around 330pm on a Monday. Money taking girl employee was very nice. The food window we got our drink right away but waited a bit for the food but the fries were hot and fresh so it was worth the extra minute or so we waited. It was a great experience overall.“
