“If you go to Brady’s on a Sunday chances are you will get Daniel. Daniel is a great bartender for many reasons. First of all he makes a fabulous drink. You really wouldn’t know that any alcohol was in the drink. Secondly , he is top notch with customer service. He is at the chic-fil-a level. Lastly, he does a great job for both the customer and to best represent for his establishment.“

“I decided to stop by New Year's eve to get something in my stomach before drinking. They were full but I was offered a seat outside and took it. The food is all great here. Tonight they had a man carding at the front door. A customer came up already with a bad attitude. He didn't want to be carded and was insulted for he had been coming here for years. The gentleman minding the door whose name was Chris handled it very calmly with no attitude even though the guy calmed he didn't like Chris's attitude. the customer was clear trying to start something but only received politeness. I saw that same guy trying to start it up with another gentleman watching the door. Great job to Chris. He was also nice enough to stop and chat with me and do his job. I was the only one sitting outside it was nice to be acknowledged. Thanks“

“If the weather is nice there is no better place to hang out and have a beer than their outdoor seating area. It's extremely nice, and the beer here is probably the best you're going to find in Roanoke. The staff is great, and their growlers are reasonably priced. They don't stay open very late, so be sure to get there early.“

“Today was my second time eating lunch here. I had the cheese ravioli with the pink sauce and the meat ravioli in pink sauce today. This sauce is incredible; both the cheese and meat ravioli are very tasty and cooked just right. I love the server/owner and knowing they are from Argentina and cook authentic food is very special. They are lovely people and the food and service is great and reasonably priced. I am a fan!“

“I’ll start by saying we frequented BitS for many years largely due to convenience and price point. After awhile, we quit going in because of poor quality across the board. We are very pleased with the changes in the food and set up after a recent change in ownership. I prefer the ability to order from my seat vs standing in line. The buns are no longer soggy and fries are perfectly crispy. We received a warm welcome and excellent service this evening from a gentleman (uncertain of his name, but KD was on our receipt) despite a full restaurant. This young man is a valuable asset to the team and we will continue to return. Please give them a try!!“

I'm not a huge fan of thick fries. These fries were cut in a unique way where is was slightly thick on one end and thin and crispy on the other. “I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

Highly disappointed that when i called ahead of time to ask if they had a dessert table, was told No. We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration, so I brought a cake. When it was time to have our cake, i was told it would be a $1.00 a plate charge to have a dessert plate. Extremely turned off about that. Ruined our birthday celebration. Idk? Is this a thing? Never ever have heard of a plate fee.“

“I’ve been coming here for several months now and it is hands down the best spot in Roanoke! The line dancing nights on Tuesday and Thursday are a blast!! They have live bands every Friday and Saturday and they are always so good! Having the option to go upstairs and dance the night away is a big plus! The food and drinks are all excellent! Everything comes out so fresh and hot! I haven’t found a dish I have not enjoyed here. If you’re looking for a spot that has great energy, great employees, and fantastic food this is the place to be! Don’t forget to get one of those super tasty Jell-O shots! Definitely recommend coming here!“

“We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order.
