“On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

We had the pad Thai and fish and chips with the haddock. Best F&C I've had. The fish was cooked perfectly, the batter was light and crisp. The pad Thai was top notch as well. My wife likes it so much we are taking my mother-in-law back when she visits from Michigan.“

“Waygone is my favorite brewery in the west end. I’m always greeted by name with a smile when I walk in and feel welcomed. This is also a go-to for my husband and I if we are getting together with friends who have kids. They have lots of toys and a side room area for playing. My favorite drinks are Bluey and the rosé wine. I also love playing darts. My dad (who can be picky about beer) lives down the road and now comes in here weekly too to pick up to-go cans. 10/10 spot!“

Slipping and falling while turning the corner to the restrooms was not how I expected to end the visit. While attempting to get up, noticed entirely too much water left on the floor (same as in restroom), and NO "wet floor" signage placed. I alerted a staff member of what happened and that signage needs to be up. Staff needs to ensure to NOT leave excessive water when mopping and throw up signs.“

“A Must-Visit Spot — Fun, Flavor, and the Perfect Place to Watch a Game!

The Beach House in Virginia is such a fun place to hang out! The whole beach-bar theme makes you feel like you’re kicking back on vacation, even if you’re just stopping by after work. It’s also an awesome spot to watch a game — plenty of TVs, great energy, and a crowd that actually gets into it.

The food was fantastic. I ordered buffalo wings — all flats and extra crispy — and they absolutely delivered. Big, meaty wings (none of those tiny “where’s the rest of it?” wings you get at some places), cooked perfectly and loaded with flavor.

Cocktails? Not weak at all. They know what they’re doing behind the bar, and it shows.

And the service… easily some of the best I’ve had. Friendly, fast, and super welcoming — the kind of staff that makes you want to come back again.

“This is a pleasant surprise… My wife and I are new to the area (6 Months) and over the past few months we have been in town have been trying places to compare to our classic back home “American style Chinese” favorites. This was a great meal. We called, placed to go, and drove 9 minutes to pick up our “ready in 15” order. When I walked in the man working the counter was bringing that all to familiar brown paper bag from the back. Just our luck it was my order, we had a great quick conversation and I headed on my way. Now, for the food, that’s what matters because after all this is not a sit down style place, so ignore those negative atmosphere reviews…

The order was $52 for crab Rangoon, steamed pork dumplings (real dumps, not someone trying to pass Goyza off as a dumpling!) and 2 warm fresh egg rolls. The mains were General tso’ chicken and a happy family. One order white and one order fried rice. All were a great balance of flavor, meat, vegetables and sauce. We are extremely pleased with the overall experience and I recommend anyone looking for a quick filling meal show this spot some support.

If you want a full sit down with a perfect designed interior and a wait staff, go to Shortpump and pay for it.

“Went to try E-Loteria after running across a Tik Tok food review. I have to say that the review was 100% spot on. This place is amazing! A true hidden gem that I think most people fly right by on a daily basis. We all got an order of the birria ramen and the birria balls. Both dishes were amazing and I can promise you will not leave feeling hungry. The food was fresh and well seasoned, packed full of flavor, and piping hot. You can not go wrong with either of those two choices. I am ready for a return trip to try the other dishes on the menu! The only real knock that I can give the experience was a bit slow for a work day lunch break, BUT I will follow that statement with there a massive delivery order ahead us that encompassed the delivery driver to take two trips to the car and five bags. I am going to give them a pass for that.“

While I couldn’t sit/order inside because of the dogs, the barista was more than accommodating to take my order from their outdoor seating and bring me my food and drink. I don’t think it was on the menu but I ordered and espresso soda (espresso, club soda, vanilla syrup) and the barista was once again very accommodating and made it no problem. It was super good! I also ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin which was delicious. Seemed like white cheddar and a soft fried egg. Would highly recommend this local place! I also appreciated how early they were open on a Sunday morning. I paid about $11 before tipping.“

“I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time. Decided they earned this review for that haha“

“We've been coming here for years and have always received good food and great service. They also tend to add a touch of class to everything that makes them shine a bit more than comparable places, like the cinnamon buns they serve at brunch and the garlic and oil bread served with lunch and dinner.“

The woman working the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful, and she served up some of the best street tacos I’ve had in a long time here in Richmond, Virginia. The tacos came with cilantro, onion, and a great green sauce and without me even asking, she somehow read my mind and added grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño slice on the side.
The salsa had just the right amount of heat and flavor. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If I had one small gripe, it would be that I wish there were a table or two inside for eating on colder days like today, but don’t let that deter you. There is outdoor seating when the weather is nice, and honestly, the food tastes just as good in the car or at home.
I even doubled back and went inside again just to thank her in person and let her know how great everything was.“

“My husband has a sensitivity to sodium. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill always does an excellent job of accommodating his order. My only request is the Impossible Burger be placed back on the menu as it was one of my favs since I no longer eat red meat.“
