I realize there was six in my party. Paying by two different checks. The owner whom my kids played with growing up tells me its on the menu that the its up to the server degression to use it or not. “We ate at the Mechanicsville location on our way home from out of state. I always order a chimichanga every time I have Mexican, which is often. I ordered one today with ground beef. When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite It was shredded beef instead of ground beef. I put do NOT RECOMMEND and do not know what happened and now I cannot change it!!!!!!’“

Not only have we dining multiple times, recently I was in a pinch for a cocktail party and found relief. The star of my meal were the pork tacos , the marinade was amazing! The side of plantains had some sea salt and were cooked to perfection , I like the ends a little burnt !
What made the atmosphere was our incredible waitress ALONDRA. She was very pleasant , answered all our questions , and she had a deep knowledge of the menu which helped us decide what to order. “We went to Grisette based on the reviews here and as hard it is to believe, Grisette lived up to the billing. Service was excellent, knowledgable, personable, and well timed. We had a dealer's choice prepared for us and it was excellent, we continued to drink rounds of them throughout our meal, a precise balance of fruity, tart, and gently bitter through the finale. The smorgasbord was delicious, we chose our own assortment, but it was totally enlivened by the accompanying pickles and fruit, and the bread, which was spectacular. I could have made a meal out of the bread and butter alone. We wwent steak heavy for dinner, though my wife had a duck breast, which she loved. We ordered both the steak upgrade, which was a dry aged strip steak when we were there, as well as the denver steak which is the standard steak frittes here. The strip was definitely worth the upgrade, a very nice piece of meat, properly cooked and accompanied by deliciously crisp and potatoey fries. The denver steak was fine, a smaller portion which would be better suited for a midweek meal for me, but not as succulent as the strip. Desserts are few, well executed profiteroles as well as a chocolate flan on ths night which more closely resembled a chocolate mousse cake, so rich, silken, and accompanied by scotch poached pears which would have made for a might fine dessert on there own if accompanied by some gently spiced vanilla alced ice cream. With all the drinks and upgrade steaks it was not an inexpensive evening, though one can certainly eat here on a budget. Even though it turned out to be pricier than expected the value proposition here is terrific, you get great food for your money. I hate to join the chorus and heap glowing praise on here, but if you can try it you should. Grisette should have. michelin star, it does what it does exceptionally well and with a sense of pride and passion. We ate on the patio, which we loved, but that's the only reason for the 4 star review for atmosphere which will bring down the score a hair perhaps, not going to keep us from returning though!“

“Nice brewery! Had two beers while here; a Czech style and Italian style Pilsner. Both were enjoyable for their style with the Czech style being the better of the two. The one downsize is the Czech style came out a smidge warm; first time here so I’ll give them a pass since the Italian style was the proper temp. Also ordered a double smash burger and fries. Burger was definitely charred but that didn’t take away my enjoyment of it, and the fries were great with a quality seasoning. Nice mojo and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back for hopefully a colder Czech style Pilsner.“
