“5 stars Nicest locally owned franchise Arby’s we’ve ever visited. Beautiful interior that includes a live tree in the dining area, growing towards the skylights. The menu is more extensive compared to the norm, which includes some healthier options. We enjoyed a frozen custard shake made with fresh strawberries, banana and wheat germ. It was very clean and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. If you are ever driving past Petersburg Va, it’s the place to stop!“

“I came here for a good seafood meal that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Instead of the drive thru, I decided to change it up and eat inside. Count me very surprised.

The moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing, and I was greated after I took my first step in. The staff were polite and quick to take my order. You expect fast food places to be slightly dirty inside, but this place was spotless! The decorations were well done. Good music playing. If it wasnt for the occasional sound of someome taking drive thru orders, I would have mistaken this for a traditional sit-down resteraunt.

“This is the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to! I work at a shop that's in the same parking lot so I frequently grab lunch here. My order is always right, they are always very quick even with a full drive through, and everyone is super nice. Isaiah is awesome and there's a blonde lady with glasses (sorry I haven't caught her name) that works here that is also really nice and courteous. You guys are great!“

“Steve was so helpful. Unfortunately this location uses DoorDash for their delivery and the driver stole our food. I called because they only delivered the breadsticks and not the pizza or wings. The girl riding with the delivery driver said they picked up the wrong order so to call the store. I did watch them sit in front of my driveway and open the bag in the car. I didn’t think they were stealing our food. Steve (the manager) told me that was likely what happened and it definitely was! He got our order back out and gave us a credit. Thank a Steve! “Personally I never had an issues with this store and it’s a convenient location. I was a little upset there wasn’t any Italian herb and cheese bread but I’m ok with white too. “Have ordered and dined in here many times in past couple of years. Always good food and service. Restaurant recently renovated and looks nice. One oddity though with recent purchase of a wrap. The ends were not folded in as wraps typically are. They basically just put all the fixings on the wrap and rolled it up. This made eating it a very messy experience. But it still tasted delicious.“

“Ordered a large custom pizza last night for the family, with lemon pepper wings, and some cinnamon pull apart things while I was finishing shopping in Walmart. Picked it up on the way home and I have to say the gentleman that gave me my food last night was so kind and professional. I was having a rough day and the simple kindness this man showed me made my whole night better. Now mind you I didn't leave a tip on the card because I like to hand them cash myself and he didn't know if I was going to tip him or not, but he still showed me respect and even helped lower my bill by telling me about a coupon. It's so nice to see there's still good people in this world and I think I found myself a new favorite pizza place! Thankyou so much for the delicious hot food and the top tier service!“
