“We ordered take-out online. The ordering app was easy enough to use, but the final payment process had some issues transitioning to the payment input. It took several page refreshes to get to the input screen. The option for pick-up at a later time did not work at all. There is an online ordering fee! When arriving at the restaurant, discovered that our order was not ready; in spite of being there 10 minutes after agreed pick-up time. The person at the front had NO clue about our order, I had to show my order / payment verification email. Person says "5 more minutes" and disappears into the kitchen. Now I am envisioning the kitchen staff dashing around to put this overlooked order together. Fifteen minutes later, same person emerges from the back with bagged order, but no apology. That said, the food was delicious! We enjoyed it all (despite a surprise substitution from someone else's order) and still have leftovers for later. We will likely patronize again, either in the dining room or from the online menu.“

Even though I personally don’t eat seafood, there were still plenty of great options for me, and everything I ordered was absolutely amazing. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of the food they serve. The manager even took the time to come by our table, check on us, and make sure everything was perfect. Between the incredible food, excellent service, and the welcoming atmosphere, it made for a truly great dining experience. We left very impressed and will definitely be back again soon.
