“My wife and I just ate here Father's Day 2024 and the food was delicious and service was excellent. My wife and I are originally from NY and had left NY over 10 years ago and haven't found a good oriental food spot until we dined at Jin's. Thank you and highly recommended. “My go-to dishes are:
- Singapore Noodles (shrimp only). They add beef and chicken which I don't care for. It can be dry so I often add a little oil and water when reheating.
- Salt & Pepper chicken is really tasty. Some chicken pieces were a bit dry and stringy bit it tastes great.
- Pork, Shrimp egg rolls are really good.
- Fried shrimp, chicken wings super tasty. Wings skin can sometimes be rubbery.
General Tsos is a no go. The sauce was too congealed and didn't taste good.
They offer a lot but not all is good just like most Chinese places you find what they do that you like and you're good to go.
Delivery is always smooth and drivers are cool. Went in a couple of times and service there was fine as well.“

“Always a great time at Bonefish! Hannah is a wonderful soul and a great server. She was absolutely sincere, attentive, and pleasent with my family. A real gem, Bonefish is extremely fortunate to have Hannah on their team. During a high volume outing, my table marveled at how fast she zipped to other customers, even coordinating with other servers, ensuring a smooth dinner service (at least from what we could tell). You have a true leader on your hands!
BTW, If you haven't tried it, ask for the "Saucy Shrimp". It's not on the menu, but is absolutely amazing!“

“Crabman!! Omg. I laughed when my husband said he was coming home with jumbos today! Holy Moly we got jumbos, and not just the top layer like others do. This 1/2 bushel was the best we've had in years and we have no leftovers! You are my new go-to!“

“3 of us stopped in for dinner, a very clean spot. Maybe newly opened? The chairs and tables were nicely decorated. The server kept up with us. All enjoyed the food. Wished the BIRIRA TACOS had more dipping juice. Fair pricing too. Large drink menu. Worth the stop.“

“Firebirds in Fredericksburg is our favorite upscale casual restaurant hands down. We love the menu choices and the ambiance is perfect...classy but never pretentious. The entrees are always excellent however we opt from the salad and sandwich options. I had the Grilled Salmon Salad and my wife the BLT Salad...both outstanding. As a starter we had the lobster queso dip...AMAZING! Our server at lunch Sophia was friendly and attentive to the perfect degree, and the manager stopped at our table to say hello. A+++ all around!“

“This place is new to Fredericksburg and this was our first time here.\n\nMy wife had the salmon dish and I the 14oz sirloin. Both dishes were prepared exactly as we asked This is not so common as one would expect among restaurants. The food, particularly the steak, was as good as we have had anywhere and better than most. The baked potato was worth mentioning. It was prepared differently than I have seen elsewhere and it was delicious. My wife's salmon was on a bed of "Hoppin' John", a dish seldom found made of beans and what appeared to be wild rice. I haven't seen it since a native American restaurant in Connecticut. I liked it but my bride was less enthusiastic.\n\nService was excellent. Our server had several tables but she was always there when we wanted her and not there when we didn't.\n\nThe bill was high but not eye-watering so. My steak alone was $60 but in today's world it was not out of line for an upscale restaurant and this is very much so. \n\nOne note on ambiance; there was a large noisy party in progress and they were exiled to a separate room. I for one appreciated that and was not irritated by it. For me, that is unusual.\n\nWe'll be back!“
