“I've been going to Five Guys since the Murells opened Number 1 in South Arlington in the 80's. I was friends with two of the brothers, and my brother was a member of the first crew at that store. This franchise keeps true to the atmosphere and food, and I've been coming here for years. Which ever bakery they are using makes rolls that taste and feel closest to the original Brenners recipe. Oddly, I went last night and the only sodas they had in the dispenser were the Zero types. Strange.“

She handled my last-minute add-ons like a total pro—two large waters and some extra pickles (because you can never have too many pickles). Even with the change-up, Yanci was all smiles, super polite, and just plain delightful. Friendly, fast, and professional with a great attitude—and let’s be honest, that’s rare these days. I was just at your Sugarland Crossing location this morning in Sterling, Virginia, and I picked up a curbside mobile order and upon arriving home, I realized it was missing one part of my order. So I went back and was offered not the exact item that I had ordered for breakfast, but it was a similar item. Your manager offered a cookie or some thing along with that to offer his apologies and really all I wanted was the spicy fillet that I had ordered but he was more than apologetic and was extremely helpful. These are the things that keep me coming back to Chick-fil-A time and time again“
