Starbucks in Suffolk

“4 staff were all busy talking to each other on their hands-free headsets, and 1 staff person acted like a customer's request was an annoying interruption to her chat with colleagues. Surprising, because at most Starbucks locations the staff are more customer-focused.“

“So I come to this starbucks at least 3 times a week. My order is pretty specific and they slam dunk it everytime. Most of the ladies and maybe 1 or 2 of the men know who I am. They're all amazing. Thank you team for starting my mornings. - From Customer known as Regrets.“

“I love Starbucks. But im not a huge coffee drinker. Like the seasonal things from time to time. So i tried the the new Lavender coconut milk drink (eewwww) it was so weird. I took 3 sips trying to drink it. I finally asked the barista if she could make me a dragon drink. (My favorite) she was so nice and understood. She said it was no big deal. Will return if im in the area. Thank you ? ?“

“It’s just like every other Starbucks. Service was quick. I don’t like the new method of asking for tips by saying the machine is going to ask you a question every time you pay. I can see the question. It seems like a veiled request for a tip instead of just giving good service and getting tips when the customer feels the desire to do so.“

“I ordered a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich, 2 cake pops and an iced sugar cookie coffee here today. The girls working took my order and filled it right away, were extremely pleasant to work with and everything came out perfectly. I will definitely come back to this location any time I am in Suffolk.“
