“This was my second time ordering pickup from bbq chicken in Tysons, after being impressed with my previous experience. This time, my order was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived at the restaurant. It was a Friday mid-afternoon, and the place was not busy at all.
However, this time the chicken was less crispy than before. Maybe they used too much sauce, but the batter was noticeably thinner than the first time, and slightly soggy. The chicken meat was cooked well, but I much preferred my first time's results.

I will give them another chance to match the crispiness of my first order.“

“This was by far the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. First, when we walked through the door, the man at the counter was so friendly and helpful when it came to asking questions about the menu. We came to find out he was actually the owner. We sat down waiting on our food, and it was hot, fresh, and made to order. The flavor was outstanding! If you get a chance to stop by this spot, you will not be disappointed.“

“Very satisfied on my first visit to Ellie Bird. We came for Brunch for my wife’s birthday. The staff were all very attentive and many wished her a happy birthday as they welcomed us in, which often gets overlooked at other restaurants, but it made her morning feel so much more special. It may seem like a small notion, but it was a touching detail to our initial visit. The brunch menu is small but packed with flavors and meaningful dishes. We love this and wish we could try it all. We decided to start with the PB&J French toast as a shared app. It’s an entree item, but upon hearing how much the owner loves this item we had to try it out. We also ordered the Pineapple Bun sliders and Tornado omelette. For us the trio of entrees was the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and salty, hitting all the right notes. Also highly recommend the Ellie Bird Latte. Glad we came, we will be back for more!“

“This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely fell in love with their smash burgers. The flavor profiles all come together so well. The burgers are so well made. You can taste the quality and service is great as well. The owner is super attentive and puts out a fantastic product. They have seating for a few people inside and a couple of tables right outside the storefront.“

“The food is great. Even the mild has a kick so I cannot imagine how hot the hottest one is. Service was fast. The reason I gave this a four is because an employee was on his break and taking up an entire large table with the only cushion bench seats. We had to sit at a two top because he was taking up a large table alone and for the entire 45 min we were there. This was on a Saturday night at 6 pm. So a peak time and it was full, half way through we were able to put two two tops together when someone left. They need to teach their employees to allow paying customers to sit in their seats.“

“If you haven't tried this filipino restaurant you are missing out. They might have all the fast food chicken places cooked. The spicy and original are both amazing. Spicy means spicy, too. Don't get thrown off by the spaghetti either. Filipino spaghetti is good with the balance of savory and sweet flavors. And who doesn't want a side of gravy to dip the chicken in or the biscuit, or to pour over the rice. Don't skip on the peach mango pie either. I wished there was one close to where I live.“

“Love Pollo Campero! The only downside to this location was when we ordered our two-piece chicken meals, they said it was going to take 40 minutes because they had to make more chicken! It only ended up taking 10-15 minutes, so that was nice, but shouldn’t a chicken restaurant have chicken ready all the time? Super yummy though! Love the plantains 😋“

“Every time I crave "Chic Fil A" they're closed. Why do they have to be closed on Sundays?“

“It's impossible not to compare Don Pollo to other local Peruvian chicken places, like Crisp & Juicy or el Pollo Rico. Because of that there's a high bar set. The chicken is fresh, juicy, and well seasoned, but I'd have preferred a more crispy skin. The black beans and rice lacked flavor, definitely needed salt. The fries were where they lost me. They weren't fresh, weren't seasoned, weren't hot, and worst of all, they were kind of soggy. The sauces were very good. You get a bright green spicy sauce, that seems to be made from fresh peppers, perhaps jalapeño. Then there's a mayo based creamy orange colored sauce. Frankly because the chicken is so well seasoned, I don't think it needs sauce, but it's nice to have the option.“

He is very customer focused, attentive, and addresses me with my name every time he assists me with my order. Not many retail restaurants do that. Tyeferri is surely an asset to Chick-fil-A. “20250714 Stopped here around 9:40 tonight to get some fried chicken for my pup. We only eat dark meat, and fortunately, they have dark meat available when I arrived this late. Thankfully, when I ordered 3 or 4 piece dark meat, I always get all legs and thighs. Unlike, Popeye that considers wings as dark meat, and their 3-piece chicken includes 1 wing, 1 leg and 1 thigh, which is annoying. I started going to KFC these last 2 visits because of it. Although my pup prefers Bojangles, and it appears that my pup likes Popeyes better than KFC. She didn't eat all her KFC chicken tonight.“

“Parking: The small parking lot in front of their business is also used by three other businesses. City laundromat, El Patron Bar and Restaurant, and Fanny's restaurant. It is best to come to the street at the corner where Fannie's restaurant is and pull around the back side of Fanny's restaurant. There is a large gravel parking lot behind Fanny's. It makes it a lot easier to get in and out with no stress or trouble.“
