ALI provides awesome customer service and makes sure you have a pleasant visit. Ali went above and beyond today to make sure I found the food items I was looking for and that I was satisfied. Cannot recommend dealing with him enough.

Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera.
For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 3-4.
We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado.
The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!“

“My husband and parents-in-law Cantonese, they tried a lot of Cantonese dishes in China and in the US, including some very famous restaurants. They are pretty picky in Cantonese dishes, but today when they tried this restaurant, they all agreed that it is among the best. We ordered four Cantonese dishes and a bowl of noodles. All of them are delicious! And the price turned out pretty reasonable. We all decide that we will come back next time when we travel to here again.“

However, the dining area felt a bit off. It was giving an uninviting feel. It was somewhat comfortable, but the ambiance just didn’t feel right. Overall, the place could benefit from an update and improved lighting to bring it up to the Panera vibe. That said, the food & staff were great as always!“

“I’m going to post the same review I gave on Yelp - this is a 5 Star place! After a day in DC, my family decided to try Soul Thai on our way home. What a terrific Experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “Saturday night 45 minutes before closing and restaurant was packed. First time trying and we thought it was pretty good pho - probably only second to Pho 75. The staff is very nice and cordial, and you can tell there are a lot of repeat/ familiar customers here.
Only downside is the price - very expensive for a bowl of pho.“

Ugly dumplings, red chicken soup dumplings OMG SO GOOD! Green beans ugly style omg I can eat a whole bowl of that by myself. Braised baby back ribs with a side of rice omg yummmm! Foods we didn’t like Chicken and broccoli didn’t taste authentic, chicken stir fried noodles no taste, steamed buns there was a smell to it and couldn’t taste better and the Mongolian beef. We realized food isn’t the best but the dumplings are the way to go. Since they recently opened we’ve been back 5 times lol. Definitely a must try! Drinks taste good as well.“

“This is the best thai restaurant in NoVA, owned by such a lovely family, who also used to own Happy Thai near Mosaic. We know because we used to go to Happy Thai all the time but since the owner change it wasn’t the same. Through luck we learned that the owner family actually owned this restaurant first! “You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies. The broth is vegetarian based so it makes sense to have a vegetarian option along with it. We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. We even had friends who would drive all the way from Maryland just to have it! Sadly, they’ve recently changed the recipe, and it just doesn’t taste the same anymore. “This is our go-to Chinese takeout spot! Food is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. I'd recommend the moo shu chicken, Szechuan string beans, pan fried pork dumplings, and the lo mein.
Parking is available behind the restaurant, and it's easier to get in/out if you come in that way.“

“I am in the habit of reviewing everything, and as a reviewer, I make it a point to read reviews for restaurants before I order anything. The reviews I saw were pretty good, with the exception of two. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice and the fried wings with fried rice and sweet and sour soup. The food was well seasoned, hot, and better than I expected. However, the fried wings were not what I'm used to...they could learn something from the carryout restaurants in Washington DC where the wings are fried well and are absolutely delicious. The spring roll was one of the best I've had in a while. I will definitely patronize this place in the near future. Just work on those wings...go to DC as a secret shopper and try the wings at virtually every carryout to get an idea of how it's done. The wings caused the loss of one star.“

“The food here was really not that bad! The food that I was able to have was the egg drop soup and the orange chicken! The food that I was able to have here reminded me of those precious moments when I was able to have my grandfather and grandmother’s classic and wonderful egg drop soup and orange chicken back when I was in Singapore!

The egg drop soup and the orange chicken allowed me to reminisce about those precious moments when I was able to break bread with my family in Singapore when we were at the hockey centers where my uncles and aunties were able to hook me up with that decadent delicious food

Although this might not be the most pristine family looking area for the most part, however, the food is absolutely amazing. You’re not going in there for necessarily a service, but you’re definitely going in there for the food.

For the prices that you are getting to pay at this location this is definitely a steal in somewhere where I will be back!“
