“We were shopping at the new Vintage Virginia on General Booth and decided to try J&K for lunch. We are so happy we did and we highly recommend this little grill if you are looking to try some wonderfully flavored food. We tried the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll, Ranch Jerk chicken and Chili Cheese hotdog. Yum, yum, yummy. We look forward to going back and trying more flavors on the wings and other items on the menu. “First time here. All the staff greeted with a smile and was so nice. We got the Jerk egg rolls, chicken Philly egg rolls and the parmesan chicken eggrolls to eat some there and take with us. I was a little hesitant to get the Parmesan chicken rolls but I have to say they were my favorite. Oh and we got the Mac and cheese stuffed wings and they were delicious as well. “I don’t care much for pizza, but my husband loves it. We went here last night to watch football and have a couple beers. Our bartender was fantastic and so helpful and explained the menu as well as being open to any questions. I don’t like regular pizza but I do love a white pizza. They made us a half white and half meat lovers that changed my world!!! I actually ate more than he did and that has Never happened!! We will be returning because we wanted one of most everything on the menu!!“

“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

“I don’t normally write reviews for places unless they’re either really really good, or really really bad. This place was really really good. An unexpected gem after spending a little time at Chick‘s Beach with the family… Was not expecting the excellence we got from the moment we walked in. The staff was quick to greet, and very friendly. The atmosphere was really lovely, nice low, but perfectly sufficient lighting, a lovely patio with hanging lights and the back of the restaurant overlooks the water and a lovely little walking bridge, beautiful stonework bar, with a superb whiskey selection, though I was in the mood for beer last night… Our server, Natalie, was incredibly warm and helpful, offered to let me to taste some of the beer on tap, which led to me purchasing a pint of one of the most deliciously creamy raspberry wheat beers I’ve ever had. She recommended the pizza rustica, and I, as a chef of 13 years, was skeptical that it would be as good as it was, but yet again, perfection. There was literally nothing wrong, I tried a bite of each of my family members’ food as well because I do that... It was all excellent, the “avocado and IPA bacon grilled cheese” my daughter ordered was my second favorite after the pizza. Just a fantastic spot. Worth a trip out to Virginia Beach for dinner from anywhere else in Hampton Rose, even without a prerequisite beach trip.“

I had the club sandwich, which was fresh and satisfying, while my husband ordered the Zombie, labeled as a local favorite. He really enjoyed the homemade chili in the dish and said it added great flavor. He did wish the burger patties had a bit more seasoning, but overall, it was a hearty and delicious meal. Susan & Shakuria were hustling to take care of their customers, they did a great job ensuring we all were served to the best of their abilities & that we received delicious food & beverages as quickly as they could provide them. They worked well as a team, Susan taking orders & serving and Shakuria cooked all the delicious food!! I had a yummy Muffuletta with Mac & cheese and hubs had fries with his. Their Mac & cheese is crazy good, the best l've had in a restaurant! Susan mixed up a tasty lemon drop martini for me, it's difficult to get a good lemon drop anywhere in the 757 and this one was a favorite! Clayton's has a good selection of $1 beers, yes a can of beer is only $1, so hubs had and local IPA & a PBR! We enjoyed our experience at Clayton's & definitely recommend! If we hadn't been set on having muffulettas I would have ordered their special of the day, a butter burger with fries for $8.99! On Monday I sent Clayton's an email inquiring if they would be serving muffulettas for Fat Tuesday since we live 30 minutes away and received a timely reply from the owner, Ralph Anderson, I was happy to see that they provide great customer service from beginning to end!“

“Reasonably priced exceptional hotdogs and sandwiches. There are beers and cakes also. Just a nice little cafe to grab a bite to eat and not feel rushed out the door. The decorations around the walls are a good laugh. I loved eating here, I am just gutted i found it so late in my 3 year posting to Virginia.

I gave this five as it hits the criteria I was looking for. It might not be Michelin starred however it's exactly what you sometimes need. And the awards of best dogs in Virginia beach can't be wrong.“

“So excited that Habit Bar & Grill opened in the 757! Being allergic to latex leaves me with limited options, so I was thrilled to find out they use vinyl and nitrile gloves. It’s great to have a new spot I can safely enjoy when I’m craving a good burger!

If you want a refreshingly light drink, try the Dragonfruit Limeade—I was so impressed with how subtly tart and not overly sweet it was. Such a nice, refreshing option if you don’t want a soda. I ordered the Teriyaki Char Meal, and the burger was cooked perfectly! They did forget my grilled pineapple at first, but they brought it out right away. The combination of pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and caramelized onions created a delicious sweet-savory flavor that’s now one of my favorites.

The sweet potato fries were also excellent—and I really appreciate that they didn’t add cinnamon sugar. The restaurant itself was spotless, well-run, and had a welcoming vibe. You order at the counter when you walk in, but the employees are right there if you need help—so friendly and attentive.“

I was greeted by Alex, the senior associate the moment I walked in. He was working the drive through, the front counter, and directing his associates without missing a beat. Accurate orders with young but very disciplined crew. Nothing but smiles and joy showing in their actions and interactions.

I usually go out of my way to go to this location. No other BK in the area can do better.
