“Expensive but delicious. Not an everyday thing but great for a special occasion. The red sauce was strange and didn’t go well with the casadilla. More of a seafood sauce. For oysters or blackened fish.
A simple fresh picante would bring me back. It kind of inhibits me to order wraps that I don’t know exactly what’s in them. Good luck.“

“So good we ate there 3 times in 6 days. Very friendly staff serving great pizza. Had leftovers for lunch the next day. Tried lasagna one day and it was excellent and of course had leftovers for later that night. Wife tried ham and cheese sub that was very good and took half back to the hotel. Eat in or take out which was convenient as we stayed right across the street. They have subs, pizza, calzones,hot dogs, burgers etc. Large selection of ice cream also . If you can't find something to order you aren't really hungry.“

“This is a Virginia staple. I've eaten here for 40 years. They have the best banana barges and chocolate walnut ice cream. Over the years, they have had some questionable employees and management. However, the current employees and management are steller! Highly recommend this location!“

“On Friday night, we had a big group of runners that really wanted ice cream. Kilwins was closed, but they saw our group and let us in! The girl that waited on us was awesome and patient. Very thankful! We are from Ohio and really enjoyed the ice cream. Highly recommend. They could have turned us away, but they didn’t and that is rare now a days. Next time we are in VA Beach we will definitely come back.“

“My husband and I stopped by on our way home. We've driven past multiple times, but since we were hungry this time, we figured we could try their pizza. We came in around 2pm and it was pretty quiet, which was nice. Our server Katie grabbed our drinks, took our orders, and was polite and friendly. The fried pickles tasted fresh, briny, and delicious. The pizza was good with a very tasty crust and tomatoey sauce. The cheese and pepperoni were good. I probably wouldn't order sausage on our pizza again as it didn't taste like Italian sausage, but almost tasted like breakfast sausage, being too sweet. The only downside to our meal was the group of servers standing around to loudly gossip in the hallway right next to the dining room. And the group of children that came running out of the game room in the back rattled the entire room, sending our table and booth to shaking. “My husband and I wanted to do a low-key gender reveal with Coldstone ice cream instead of cake or cupcakes. When we first called the Greenbrier location (closer to us) in Chesapeake, we were told “no, not really we don't do that”. Disappointed, we called the Lynnhaven location, and I’m SO glad we did!
Faith answered the phone and immediately knew what we were asking for. She said she’d done gender reveal requests before and was happy to help. When we arrived, she and her team walked us through everything: flavors, toppings, and even finding out the gender alongside us. She made the entire experience so special and stress-free.
This is how you train and empower employees! We left with full hearts (and ice cream!) and will gladly drive the extra distance to come back to this location. Highly recommend the Lynnhaven Coldstone to anyone.“

I asked for extra pickeled items it was basic of what I get at other restaurants and they charged me 1.25 for extra. only one tiny spear of cucumber. I loved the reviews but was highly disappointed with the out come. the restaurant less than a mile away is much better mommy mom was 100× better and offer more vietnamese food.“

“Fantastic place for a sweet treat. They have a wide range of selections, plenty of seating, and friendly staff. Their ice cream is to DIE for, and don’t even get me started on those delectable waffle cones. It’s also close to the beach and boardwalk so right after grabbing some ice cream you can go ahead and check those spots out. The location is very convenient, close to other shops and tourist attractions. Ben and Jerry’s has got to be one of the BEST ice cream places I have ever tried.“

“This is a beautiful ice cream shop we usually stop here on our way home. There is a boat for children to play in. There are nicely painted picnic tables. There’s an outside fan to keep customers cool. I enjoy the tiki and beach themed decor and the yellow and pink theme colors. We didn’t wait long for our milkshakes, a few minutes. There is a Connect 4 game the children enjoyed. You can order milkshakes in any of the ice cream flavors which is nice. We’ll be visiting again!“

We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the window, as we waited the staff made eye contact with us a few times before even acknowledging that we were there. They were cleaning up as they were about to close, all the machines were broken down. After someone finally came to the window, we were greeted with annoyed staff for us showing up 10 minutes before closing. I wouldn’t have written this review if someone would have said “ sorry but we have cleaned up shop and aren’t serving anymore tonight”. I would have been completely okay with it! The open sign was still on, so I’m not sure why there was a problem, I have family in town that are leaving tomorrow and they wanted to come to Rita’s one last time. Sorry for the inconvenience!“

“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

“DQ always has delicious ice cream treats. This location was fast and friendly. This location is hard to get to though. Don't try to turn into the lot until immediately passing the business. The two parking lots before the business didn't connect. We ended up staying in the oil change lot and walking.

Parking: They don't really have parking as they are a drive-thru. Don't turn into the lot until you have passed the building. None of the previous two lots connect.

I want to especially recognize Dipan for his outstanding service — he was friendly, patient, and super helpful with helping me choose the perfect ice cream combo. He made it with care and enthusiasm, and it came out absolutely delicious. You can tell he really enjoys what he does!

On top of that, the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place. It’s clear they care about both their customers and their team.
