“There are always issues at this McDonald’s location. Drive thru-either the lines are super long,wait time terrible and having to PARK while awaiting an order. Workers playing around or on their phones VISIBLY in store. Customers complaining during the wait. Do better!“
“Rode our bicycles to McD for breakfast. Ordered from the kiosk and food was out in about 5-10 minutes. Ordered an Egg McMuffin and Bacon, Egg, Cheese biscuit....both were delish as usual. Tried the iced coffee drinks...any size for $1.50. Soooo good, even the one that was sugar-free. We'll definitely make
this a regular destination for our weekend bike rides.“
“I visited this McDonald’s today and was very pleased with my experience. The staff were all very friendly, and the manager was attentive and kept everything well organized. I also tried a new drink, which turned out to be quite unique and enjoyable.“
“Polite staff. Got the orders done quickly preventing a long line from building. Only visited a few times during a brief visit to Virginia Beach but they got my order right every time, which not all drive-thrus I've used can claim.
Vegetarian options: Doesn't have a vegetarian menu, but has vegetarian options such as fruit and maple oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches (you can ask for no meat), apple slices, slushies, black coffee and juice.
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options are very limited. If you are keto, go no bun and no sauce because of the sugars.
Kid-friendliness: I rarely eat inside but I sometimes see families with kids sitting down for happy meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and a curb that allows wheelchair access to get inside.“
“I showed up for breakfast at 5 am. The service was really fast and the staff so polite. The scenery atmosphere is pretty cool and modern looking. I sat at the window seat. Not the best for eating at but definitely good for relaxing for a bit before hitting the road again.“
“Amber was amazing, very respectful and patient i kept changing my mind and my kids were being rowdy and she was such a sweet girl and great at her job. Best McDonalds service ive ever had, usually they are so rude but im definitely coming here more often!“
“I don't know what changes you made but I use to dread going here, but lately I've found the employees to be very efficient polite and on point with the food. Now this is the McDonald's I grew up with. It was going down hill fast, but I like the change

“By far the best McDonalds I've been to in years. Super clean, friendly, and fresh food. Yes you have to wait but the food is fresh. Has a small kids table with books and crayons. A chalk board lists handwritten specials. There is a dedicated cleaner that does nothing but clean tables, chairs, and other surfaces. This McDonalds cares and it shows. I will drive out of my way to come here.“
“I choose to go to McDonald’s today because I was craving for the McGriddle. I love it. To me it taste like pancakes. I entered the store and it was so quiet and peaceful. I needed help placing my order at the kiosk and a young man came to help me. Very nice customer service. Everything very clean and neat.“
“Ordered 10 piece chicken McNugget meal with a large fry and a large Hi- C orange in the drive-thru, service was very quick. Employee greeted me at the window. Area of improvement: after receiving my french fries after I drove off, upon tasting them (cold), I immediately returned to the drive-thru window and requested new french fries. The employee immediately replace the french fries with no problem.“
“Visiting this location just for a quick sandwich. The wait time slightly longer than I’m use to. The counter staff was polite.
Note to management: I planned to dine in but the first section I sat at, the odor wasn’t refreshing for an eatery.
However, I enjoyed the item I purchased.“
“Mobile ordered n picked up curb side. The employee that brought the food was really a great guy. I think we had him go back in to bring the things we needed/wanted and not one time gave attitude. He smiled n got it. It was a nice. I'm sorry to have him go back n forth many times and VERY thankful.

“Awesome the manger was great very helpful and efficient the store was super busy he managed to greet and serve everyone with a great attitude there was another make worker who was awesome to he was bringing out the car order their personalities really shined the only downfall no ice cream and it was international ice cream day!“
“We don't go to mc d's often, but when we walked in there was no one at the counter so we stepped away to look at the kiosk (that we didn't know how to use) seconds later someone else walked up to the counter and was served so that's the reason for the 1 star for service.“
“Visited today in the evening 8/10 and went through the drive through. The receipt has KS#13 and McDonald's restaurant 22468 listed. First order was a Dbl Qtr Ch MI-Lrg this the second time they've given me a Medium drink!
That isn't the worst of it all though, the person taking the drive thru order had an attitude along with her direct supervisor to the point when asked about the free apple pies they said we aren't doing that now he talked over her into system. Which wasn't true! This is third or fourth time in numerous weeks of ordering that we were told no and upon the next trip we'd get the free apple pies with the combo meal. The person at the window was rude and shut the window while speaking.
We've been going here for years, and this particular shift is horrible with a degrading attitude toward us as customers.
This trip makes me wonder if I want to go back. Notice the food is great is the service with certain shifts that are issues!“
