“The Big-Macs are made to perfection. I usually order tomato slices on burgers and this was the first time that the tomato slices were a decent size. The cookies were awesome, and when they realized they had missed a cookie they gave us an entire pack of them. It was clean, the service was great, and the employees were incredibly polite.
Kid-friendliness: There were chairs inside that were bright colors and clearly were for kids.“

“Polite staff. Got the orders done quickly preventing a long line from building. Only visited a few times during a brief visit to Virginia Beach but they got my order right every time, which not all drive-thrus I've used can claim.
Vegetarian options: Doesn't have a vegetarian menu, but has vegetarian options such as fruit and maple oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches (you can ask for no meat), apple slices, slushies, black coffee and juice.
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options are very limited. If you are keto, go no bun and no sauce because of the sugars.
Kid-friendliness: I rarely eat inside but I sometimes see families with kids sitting down for happy meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and a curb that allows wheelchair access to get inside.“
“I bought McMuffin meals. They were really good. The jelly that was asked for wasn't put in the bag. Other than that, the service was very pleasant. Prices need to come way down a lot. $20+ is way too much for 2 meals at a fast food joint.“

“Rode our bicycles to McD for breakfast. Ordered from the kiosk and food was out in about 5-10 minutes. Ordered an Egg McMuffin and Bacon, Egg, Cheese biscuit....both were delish as usual. Tried the iced coffee drinks...any size for $1.50. Soooo good, even the one that was sugar-free. We'll definitely make
this a regular destination for our weekend bike rides.“
“I choose to go to McDonald’s today because I was craving for the McGriddle. I love it. To me it taste like pancakes. I entered the store and it was so quiet and peaceful. I needed help placing my order at the kiosk and a young man came to help me. Very nice customer service. Everything very clean and neat.“

“Ordered 10 piece chicken McNugget meal with a large fry and a large Hi- C orange in the drive-thru, service was very quick. Employee greeted me at the window. Area of improvement: after receiving my french fries after I drove off, upon tasting them (cold), I immediately returned to the drive-thru window and requested new french fries. The employee immediately replace the french fries with no problem.“
“We don't go to mc d's often, but when we walked in there was no one at the counter so we stepped away to look at the kiosk (that we didn't know how to use) seconds later someone else walked up to the counter and was served so that's the reason for the 1 star for service.“
“There's no better deal than their .89 cent ice cream cones! Their 3.50 bundle with your choice of a double cheeseburger or 6 chicken nuggets and fries is such a deal as well! They are open til 3am daily too!On the down side if you're stopping by late nights when only the drive thru is open be prepared for a 20 min or even longer wait. Although working with a skeleton crew everyone is pleasant under the duress. Sad thing is after waiting in a long line for a bit of while for that ice cream cone only to find out the machine is down for a cleaning or there are no more cones for the ice cream.
Parking: All parking is perimeter parking. There is also drive up trash receptacles as well as walk up trash receptacles. The lot is clean and landscaping is well maintained.“
“Georgie is the sweetest loving McDonald’s worker o have ever met….I didn’t get a receipt at the kiosk but I wanted to leave her an awesome review because she made the kids experience as first consumers amazing they got their very own gift cards for Xmas and loved being able to pay for their own meal“
“Mobile ordered n picked up curb side. The employee that brought the food was really a great guy. I think we had him go back in to bring the things we needed/wanted and not one time gave attitude. He smiled n got it. It was a nice. I'm sorry to have him go back n forth many times and VERY thankful.

“Fries were hot and crispy. Burger was fresh off the grill. Nuggets were fresh and crispy. Apple pies were hot and fresh. And they didn’t forget the barbecue sauce. The team members at window 1 AND 2 were polite and welcoming. Flawless service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾“
