“A good meeting place to catch up with friends...“

“I’m going to post the same review I gave on Yelp - this is a 5 Star place! After a day in DC, my family decided to try Soul Thai on our way home. What a terrific Experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “This was the best meal I have had in a long time. So much so I sought out the manager to personally thank him. Everything was perfect. Not one complaint. We had a nice conversation back at the table and I believe we all departed a little happier than when arrived. I was only visiting but will definitely be back.
P.S. Don't hesitate to show gratitude for great food, great service and and overall great experience. They get yelled at plenty I sure you.“

“I've been searching for good pho in 3 states and 1 other country, and I found it.
My neighbor was Vietnamese, and I learned to love the food and culture.
When you get your bowl, you can smell all the distinct spices and the time taken to make the broth.
I got the P6, and there was a lot of meat. The fried spring rolls were also delicious.
We will definitely be coming back!“

“In a shopping center so we didn't have any issues with parking.

I feel like this place was more so a take out place than a sit down place. You order up front and then sit wherever. There wasn't any water, silverware, napkins, or self service area. We ordered everything at the counter and they bring it out to you. We did have to ask for appetizer plates but they have single baskets that have some napkins, a soup spoon, a fork and wooden chopsticks. If we asked for another fork, we just got handed another basket. So while the overall experience was a little counterintuitive in my opinion, we did enjoy the food.

They have sodas and bottled water and tea options. We ordered a summer Roll (#2) , the egg rolls (#1) and the crispy shrimp rolls (#5). For our entrees ordered the Special Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (#95), Shaken Marinated Stir Fry (#50), and the Shaking Beef Bahn Mi (at a menu on the counter).

We loved everything we got, it was all very good. I really enjoyed the Bahn Mi. I definitely want to come back!“

“Good beef bone soup coupled with kimchi and rice. I added some salt to the soup which tasted plain at first. The beef was very good though.

Friendly staff and attentive service. We went on a Friday evening and were able to be seated immediately.

A free parking lot was available around and behind the restaurant.“

“This is our go to spot for week night dinner! My son wanted Papusas while I wanted a steak and cheese (get the royal with the avocado!! Soooo good!) everyone can get what they want for very reasonable prices.

“This is the best thai restaurant in NoVA, owned by such a lovely family, who also used to own Happy Thai near Mosaic. We know because we used to go to Happy Thai all the time but since the owner change it wasn’t the same. Through luck we learned that the owner family actually owned this restaurant first! “All Pho options are amazing. It was the coolest winter day and we decided to try this restaurant. We were so happy because we love Pho, and the big surprise is that this restaurant is a Fusion with Latin dishes. We ate amazings Cheese Pupusas (El salvador), Inca Kola (Peru). It was amazing to find in one place a variety of great food from Vietnam (Kind of spring rolls, but the doug was clear, sorry I don't have the name) The Phos we all tried were delightful. Service was incredible. I hope the neighborhood support since we need more like this restaurant♥“

“Look at the picture included and you know everything you need to. That sandwich SLAPPED. I’ve eaten there and taken out by this point and I have the following thoughts.

This place is the best example of keeping it simple. They do not try to dress themselves up like the rest of these instagram cafes. They serve delicious sandwiches with quality ingredients at an affordable price. Pure comfort food that warms the soul. The atmosphere of the place is the same. Very unassuming but charming at the same time. Light seating outdoor and indoor for a quick bite during lunch or on your way home from work.

I love this place. I eat it when it when I just want to feel at home. Like those sandwiches your grandma makes that are just so slightly elevated that you know you couldn’t make something as good yourself.“

Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera.
For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 3-4.
We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado.
The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!“

“My local go-to American Chinese restaurant. Family-run joint. Atmosphere is that if a takeout spot; there is nothing wrong with that, but don't expect to dine in. Owners are very friendly and gracious. Prices are reasonable, and the food is usually pretty good with generous portions. Really love their Crispy Szechuan Beef and Szechuan String Beans.

Parking: Strip mall, usually spaces available.“

“Amazing Pho! 20/10 would recommend! I got the combination pho with well done and rare brisket, tripe and some others. The quality of the noodles are high, cooked to perfection. Springy noodly but not too firm. The broth was exquisite to say the least packed with so much flavor. Each sip is like a flavor blast to the palate. The meat portions are very generous. Tender, flavorful, scrumptious brisket. They’re nice people with amazing food. If you’re craving Pho get your Pho king behind to this place! Because they are the king of Pho! Pun intended!

Vegetarian options: They got everything.

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. I definitely recommend this restaurant and feel spoiled to be able to eat there so regularly. 💯“

“You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies. The broth is vegetarian based so it makes sense to have a vegetarian option along with it. We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

“I've been eating at China King since 2011. It is not fancy at all but it is very tasty and very cheap (especially for lunch). Their lunch "number 1" Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. I drive 20 minutes to get my fix :) Their Singapore Rice noodles are fantastic (and did I mention cheap?)“

“We had a fantastic dining experience at the Olive Garden in Washington! Their original breadsticks were absolutely delicious and brought back so many great memories since they have now changed suppliers in Texas-boo!! The Tour of Italy, spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken Alfredo, neverending salad were all outstanding. Every bite was a delight! Our waitress was super sweet and attentive, making sure our meal was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this Olive Garden for a wonderful Italian meal and excellent service!“
