“Alice was amazing at offering her guidance for some options. We had numerous appetizers and entrees for our group. The pork belly /fried oysters with pimento cheese grits were a table favorite! This was better than some previous experiences in chef table experience !“

The War & Pisco cocktail was a surprise favorite for my MIL; light, sparkling, with a perfect hint of raspberry and basil. The vibe is cozy but lively, perfect for a date night or introducing someone to your go-to local gem. Every time we visit, the food is consistent, the service is kind but never pushy, and we leave talking about what we’ll order next time.“

“On Sept 9 2022 my friends visited Carrabba in Williamsburg during our excusion. The server, Laura, was more of a treat than what we could have imagined. She was friendly, acompandating to us, the seasoned ladies. She knew what to say and how to interpret facial expressions. She didn't get upset when a dish had to be sent back. The manager was gracious also. But Laura, is the consummate server and needs to train others on how to be kind to others whether you want to or not. Give her a Raise!!! We will be back.“

“We had a wonderful dining experience from the welcoming greeters at the door to our wonderful server. The food was amazing from pea soup to steak to dessert, and the punch bowl! The Pringle’s ginger beer drink was very good, too. My daughter loved the oysters. It was a wholesome experience with live music and authenticity in the details (even the silverware is made in Williamsburg). It was also a treat to eat somewhere where historical figures dined in colonial times, but also really an art form to serve a menu inspired by recipes from the 1700s (and everything tasted amazing and fresh). The service was pretty impeccable for the whole staff (lots of servers, greeters, and staff).“

“My family and I have been coming here for 10 years because the food and experience is so great. It is 3 hours away from where I live and absolutely worth the drive. In fact, I do not get Thai food anywhere else in the state of Virginia. The food is that good.“

“Isaac (Zach) at the marina was a super host and could not have been more accommodating during our four night stay there on our boat. He checked on us frequently and made sure our stay and overall experience at the mariana and Kingsmill Resort was top shelf. Zack works long hours and he, along with his staff, went out of their way for us several times. The pools and bar staff that waited on us were also wonderful. All areas of the grounds were clean and well maintained as usual. Kudos to Charles at the river pool for his hard work keeping everything clean and organized and Dean the golf cart driver for providing transportation to us. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. My wife and I have stayed there many times in the past and this was another great visit!“
