“We liked this Starbucks besides the hate that it gets! We had great customer service, and our orders were perfection. The only thing I would say that could improve is the wait time after ordering inside. I guess they were prioritizing the drive thru orders.“

“Ordinary, assembly line experience. Coffee was ok, and there were lots of options. Lots of kids with parents who allowed them to be a bit out of control but still behaving considerately with other adult customers. Crowded, but food came out fast. The woman running the cash register was also required to help prepare and manage the orders. Not an efficient service model, especially when it is busy on a weekend.“
“There is no much to say about Starbucks! Well known wherever you go to , great products , nicely weird staff , nice ambience, great locations and so on....One star goes down for prices! Compering to other coffee shops, they are more than expensive ...$4.76 for a small flavored latte is outrages! Taste & quality is there , but price is still to high ! $5 for a coffee it could be an investment...For someone who makes $50 a day after taxes ( around 50% of american population includes Starbucks employees ) Starbucks coffee is a luxury and shouldn't be that way!“
“I recently moved to the area and have visited this location a few times at different times of the day. Most of the team has been nothing but kind, polite, and professional, which I really appreciate. The only exception has been one barista, Lashon. She is the oldest, yet she is very loud, noisy, and unfortunately quite rude and unprofessional, which has made my visits less pleasant whenever she’s around, especially I come here to work if I don't want to work from home or office. On the flip side, Adam is truly the sweetest, always so helpful, polite, and genuinely pleasant.“
“MAGGIE was our barista during Wednesday 7/30, right after Water Country USA closed so there was customer after customer, she was the only one working but she was very nice and patient. We wish we could've given her more of a tip. But there should definitely be some help since some people in line left because it was taking a bit. ALSO she made the best ice shaken espresso i've ever had, I would've given her a raise if I was the manager lol.“
“Great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered an item that was no longer on the menu. It is a seasonal item. I had been to other Starbucks before and they didn't know what I was talking about. Another employee overheard the conversation and assisted the other employee. When we got up to the window to pay, the employee took the time to let me know how to order the item if I came across the issue again. You just don't see that kind of exceptional customer service anymore! I highly recommend!“
