“This Starbucks location is quite spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is generally very pleasant, and it tends to be moderately busy, particularly at the drive-thru. The service is also quite fast. Overall, I find this Starbucks to be well-managed.“

“Always friendly and courteous. Very clean and organized. The employees go above and beyond and make the experience much better. There's something to be said for doing more and making the customer happy. That should be acknowledged. This store is definitely doing it right.“

“Ordinary, assembly line experience. Coffee was ok, and there were lots of options. Lots of kids with parents who allowed them to be a bit out of control but still behaving considerately with other adult customers. Crowded, but food came out fast. The woman running the cash register was also required to help prepare and manage the orders. Not an efficient service model, especially when it is busy on a weekend.“

“I love Starbucks. Yes, there’s better coffee out there but their coffee is consistent. Whether I’m in DC or in Florida I get the same product. So the only thing that really distinguishes one staff from another is the staff.\n\nI was impressed with the staff. In my half asleep stupor this morning, I ordered something that didn’t exist (I merged two things together). Rather than create some really bizarre concoction, the staff asked me if that’s what I wanted. I really appreciated that little clarification; not everyone would do that!“

He exceeded my expectations I would recommend him for any available position that would involve handling customer care and leading a team from what I experienced and observed in the time I’ve spent at the location. “Starbucks is my absolute favorite! I live outside the area but travel 64 to Richmond for work. Midway is one of my favorite Starbucks at 800 E Rochambeau Dr. Everyone is always great, but this morning in particular the sweetest young lady working the drive thru @7:30 am just made and blessed my day. I, unfortunately did not ask her name, but ANGELS are just there when you need them to be. My order was great as always. Thank you for your products, customer service, and staff. “There is no much to say about Starbucks! Well known wherever you go to , great products , nicely weird staff , nice ambience, great locations and so on....One star goes down for prices! Compering to other coffee shops, they are more than expensive ...$4.76 for a small flavored latte is outrages! Taste & quality is there , but price is still to high ! $5 for a coffee it could be an investment...For someone who makes $50 a day after taxes ( around 50% of american population includes Starbucks employees ) Starbucks coffee is a luxury and shouldn't be that way!“

“Great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered an item that was no longer on the menu. It is a seasonal item. I had been to other Starbucks before and they didn't know what I was talking about. Another employee overheard the conversation and assisted the other employee. When we got up to the window to pay, the employee took the time to let me know how to order the item if I came across the issue again. You just don't see that kind of exceptional customer service anymore! I highly recommend!“

“MAGGIE was our barista during Wednesday 7/30, right after Water Country USA closed so there was customer after customer, she was the only one working but she was very nice and patient. We wish we could've given her more of a tip. But there should definitely be some help since some people in line left because it was taking a bit. ALSO she made the best ice shaken espresso i've ever had, I would've given her a raise if I was the manager lol.“
