“i took my son to Athens for the first time. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious. The food came out hot and fairly quick. My son told the waitress he rates it a 5 star. She told the owner. He came out asked if he was Kaleb. He introduced himself and thanked him! We will deffinently be coming back!“

Can't take coupons at the bar unless there is a manager present, so that's annoying.It's an overpriced restaurant for the quality of food they serve but it's a game center so people will still buy. “I cannot say enough good things about Bevo. I never once had to worry about a thing. Kathleen and her staff thought of everything. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and offered tons of ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We were able to create our own menu (build your own tacos as well as a mac and cheese bar) and Kathleen offered excellent suggestions of things to go with it. You name it, and Bevo can do it. Leading up the the wedding, Kathleen was great about checking in and seeing if we needed help with anything. The day of the wedding was wonderful. The entire Bevo staff was kind, attentive and incredibly professional. The chefs out-did themselves, we are still getting compliments from our guests about the delicious food and the abundance of it. Throughout the evening, the staff would bring my wife and I water, reminding us to stay hydrated. They were all so sweet and everything went so smoothly. At the end of the evening, they provided us with two large bags full of food for us to take home, which was a real life saver the next few days with all our family in town. Between the delicious food, and the wonderful staff, we will be recommending Bevo to everyone we see. They are without a doubt the best catering company!“

“I don’t understand all of the hate for the employees. Sure they get busy, maybe a bit under staffed like every other restaurant but don’t blame the employees, contact the owner. And if you didn’t make a reservation don’t complain about what tables are available at the exact time you arrive, feel free to wait like everyone else who doesn’t share your sense of entitlement. I had dinner here 3 times this week, the food was consistent, cooked as I ordered and timely. I would think any glaring deficiencies would present themselves in 3 visits in one week, and I would be happy to share them if that was the case. I’ll be back next week and I’ll be sure to let you know if the exact table I want is not available immediately upon my arrival and I will certainly raise hell if there is any water on my table. The fact there is a response to every negative review should tell you something.“

She made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. the atmosphere was casual yet somewhat formal and we had a blast! Can't forget about how scrumptious those rolls were too! “Got the Thai chicken on curry and cheesesteak on white. Both big and tasty, but 2/3 of the Thai was rice and 2/3 of the cheesesteak was filled with lettuce. Curry wrap was good! If there was a little more protein in each and chicken wasn’t bland I’d go 5 star. Still a solid lunch spot.“

“I’m giving them 5 stars, but be careful if you order Ruben’s Reuben. Because Ruben Reuben isn’t a real Reuben unless you ask for a Ruben’s Reuben specifically with corned beef. Otherwise, you just get a turkey sandwich. But just know that it will be the best turkey sandwich you ever consumed in your life. Seriously amazing, I loved it. But it wasn’t corned beef. It wasn’t a Reuben. You live and you learn. And I was lucky enough to learn such a valuable lesson here at Ruben James by ordering Ruben’s Reuben, which turned out not to be an actual Reuben because it was just a turkey sandwich. “I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. “Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“

“I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“
