“We had an incredible meal at Mystico in Manchester, VT, Friday night! This was our first time visiting since their rebranding, and it did not disappoint. The crudos were perfectly paired and balanced—each one a standout. The focaccia with whipped ricotta was delicious, and the fresh pasta was absolutely incredible. Every dish we tried was flawless!l- squid ink with scallops special, Burrata bucatini, duck ragu- all amazing! While the desserts were good, they didn’t quite have the same wow factor as the rest of the meal. If you haven’t been to Mystico yet, I highly recommend it!”

“My husband and I experienced nippers today and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food as we are dining at an odd time in the afternoon. The owner was our waitress, and she made sure my cheese sandwich had extra tomatoes and bacon on it, which I had not asked for, but she Upgraded it with no charge.. Hubby had a chicken quesadilla, which was different from his usual and he was a little hesitant to try it but essentially enjoyed it after the first few bites. It had black beans on it and he normally doesn’t enjoy that kind of thing. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. I anticipated a menu of grandma‘s chicken pie.-beef stew with mashed potatoes-or macaroni and cheese with hotdog. However, we were satisfied with our choices although we did not go for breakfast food we did enjoy what we had.”

“My wife and I visited Manchester today and we had a wonderful lunch at Zoey’s! My wife had a turkey dinner and I had the double hex burger with caramelized onions. Little that I realize it was a top five burger in all of Vermont! It definitely lived up to that billing. We will certainly be back again!”

“Mistral's is the restaurant that my wife and I visit to treat ourselves to something rare and very special. It's tucked away off the main highway, on the side of a mountain, and built to follow the curve of the streamlet dancing alongside it. It just feels so special to walk in. We are always seated at a window looking across to the forest and down to the brook. It's magical, beautiful, artistic and so romantic. The wine list is perfectly selected to provide a carefree point of departure from ordinary life. The appetizers, the entrees, the deserts are always well prepared, pleasantly unassuming, thoughtfully presented, and a pleasure to enjoy. It's all just so lovely and comes complete with a staff that serves with dignity, competence and warmth. It's unlike any place else in an exceptionally good way. It's a treasure that we return to again and again.”

“Charlie's is the main reason we go to Manchester, VT from Albany, NY! The BEST sandwiches around (my favorite being the turkey BLT, hold the T!). Sandwiches are made fresh right then and there and are PACKED with deliciousness. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The place is very clean and it gives a very rustic, welcoming feel the moment you walk in. If you haven't been to this treasure, you're missing out!!!”

“We stopped here to get late lunch on our way out of Vermont. when we stepped inside we were notified that they were short-handed. Four people had called off there was only two people working. Just the mother and daughter. There was a handful of customers in the dining room. Everybody had their food and was happy. we were given a heads-up that it may take a few minutes longer. It was actually faster than most places do fully staffed, the food was super fresh hot and delicious. the group of people I was with totaled 10, a handful of people came in after us and the existing people in the waiting room definitely would have made for busy times for fully staffed restaurant. But this mother and daughter duo rocked it! If you haven't ate here go do it, the food was hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was very clean A+ all around”
