“Went to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and had a great time! Brian, the bartender, makes excellent drinks and was exceptionally friendly. Our server, Ryan, was thoughtful and knew when to be at the table and when to let us enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed. Great job to the kitchen too! The lamb and seafood risotto were wonderful.“

“This is the second time that we have visited this restaurant and have had great experiences on both occasions. Located within the Topnotch hotel, the restaurant is beautiful, the food is solid, and the atmosphere was great. The Roost is definitely underrated here.“

“You made our night @Backyard! It was getting late and we had tried several other restaurants that turned us away due to super long waitlists. We should have just started here. The local burger was beyond epic and pork tots the icing on the cake. We appreciate you and making our rough night one of the best of our vacation.“

“We stopped in for dinner during our trip to Stowe. The food was really good. Our waitress forgot our fries and the kitchen had closed, so that was a bummer. She did compensate us though and that was nice. Overall, it’s worth the wait if you can’t get a reservation.“

“The food, service, and beer were delicious! I had the grill salmon and it was mouth watering good! I highly recommend. We also did the beer tasting, however I do not like beer, but even I found some that I liked! The staff was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend!“

“Such a great vibe. We had the tree hugger breakfast sandwich and was obsessed with how soft and delicious it was. We also got the huevos rancheros and it was great and filling. The coffee and tea bar was also on point with amazing coffee. Definitely coming back next time“

“I cannot say enough great things about the Matterhorn. The food is always a hit, but honestly, the staff is second to none. Rochelle is an absolute dream of a person and we're always so grateful for how kind she is to our son that is autistic. She goes out of her way to make us feel seen and heard and is so accommodating with him. It's a beautiful, beautiful thing to see and she is one of those unicorns.“
