“One of the best meals we had while visiting VT was at the Reservoir. OMG!! The poutine appetizer was absolutely unbelievable. It was cheesy and bacony goodness. We wanted to lick the plate at the end. My smash burger was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had. Loved it so much! It was so juicy and delicious. The salad was a good side dish. My husband opted for a plain chicken sandwich instead of the hot chicken. Hot chicken would have had more flavor. My cousin loved his cheesesteak. He said it was one of the best cheesesteaks that he’s ever had. It was super juicy and delectable. My other cousin loved her mahi mahi sandwich. She wanted something different and loved it. Our waiter was very attentive, very personable and gave great food recommendations. He deserves a raise. The Reservoir is a must visit when in Waterbury. Everyone loved the food and the service. Wish it was closer. I’d be there all the time. We’ll be dreaming about it until our next trip.“

The food was incredible came out pretty quick and our sever Kelsey was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed she also made us laugh quite a bit it definitely was an unforgettable dinner.… they are very lucky to have her there she doesn’t waste any time waiting on her guest will definitely return when we are in town next and we hope to see her again as well“

“Great spot for lunch on a warm summer day. Cashier was very helpful walking me though the menu and giving me her recommendations. Ended up settling on a sandwich meal with a side of Mac and cheese. Even though the sauce was poured on top it was more than enough once mixed in. The chicken pesto was great and I got a carbonated apple cider with that. Everything was amazing. Then you can go across the street to gear a creamy to finish off the meal. Great place to stop by. Can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu.“

“You made our night @Backyard! It was getting late and we had tried several other restaurants that turned us away due to super long waitlists. We should have just started here. The local burger was beyond epic and pork tots the icing on the cake. We appreciate you and making our rough night one of the best of our vacation.“

“We stopped in for dinner during our trip to Stowe. The food was really good. Our waitress forgot our fries and the kitchen had closed, so that was a bummer. She did compensate us though and that was nice. Overall, it’s worth the wait if you can’t get a reservation.“
