“I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“

“Do the staff was great here, I had made a request of light French vanilla and they gave me 3 pumps. Which was Way TOO MUCH. So, I went back inside & let the woman know & she fixed the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Even tho it was still one pump I believe it'll have to be even less cause I'm one of those folks that loves the Hot Chocolate flavor more then the Vanilla. But, having a hint of vanilla is fine 👍. My son loved his Blue raspberry coollata as well. Thanks so much for your service 🙏.

“From what I could gather, they have a few products.They receive and ship I brought in a load of they call powder.I could be hot cocoa.I don't know, but I had nineteen palettes.And they unloaded me a couple hours early, so very nice people keep the bathroom clean inside and keep the outside.Nice and clean.Also I do not think they have overnight parking here, but there's rest areas on the highways.I was in and out in a couple of hours can't complain“

“We came because it’s our son’s birthday and near our house. Didn’t really plan it out—just impromptu because it was supposed to snow and wanted to go ahead and get our son some birthday treats. Wow, what a great choice we made! Got a chocolate raspberry cake—which we’ll eat today—plum danish—and a strawberry shortcake with matcha icing (our 5y son picked lol) which was shaped like a Christmas tree and even had gold leaf and little pomegranates as ornaments. Best danish we’ve ever had plus they gave us an extra since it was near closing. Son loves the match dessert. We will be back!“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks since I was in high school and since then there is this guy that works there, I’m not sure his name but he has a mustache and always wears a hat. That man makes my day the second I see him. He always greets me, makes my drink perfectly every time and knows I want a straw with my drink before I even get there to pick it up. “Located next to the UVM Bookstore, Henderson’s Cafe is a cozy spot to get some work done! I got an iced matcha latte, and I love how they use real matcha, not a pre-sweetened powder mix. There’s also some pastry/grab and go food items as well. There’s also an amazing mango black iced tea that is only $2.55 for a 16oz. The baristas are also so friendly and sweet. Call me a repeat customer :)“

“For those who don’t know this is not really a public retail shop. It’s a small snack bar more or less that is in the UVM business school building. It’s a quick grab and go place set up primarily for students and staff on campus. It has premade food items and drinks as well as coffee and tea. It’s not a sit down place.“
