“I have been going to this location ever since I was old enough to ride a bicycle. Me and my best friend growing up lived in bridal trails neighborhood and during the summer we would ride our bikes down to get ice cream. It would take 10 minutes to ride there by bicycle and around 20 minutes to walk. The part that sucked was going back up the giant hill afterwards, but honestly it was totally worth it! Lots of fun and great memories at Baskin Robins 31 flavors. My favorite flavor as a child was rocky road ice cream. Now that I'm older I have to say my favorite flavor is the very berry strawberry. Today I took my fiancee to this location for the first time. I told her about my childhood memories and how this is probably one of the oldest Baskin Robins 31 flavors locations in Bellevue. There use to be one up in Easgate but that one closed down and is now a teriyaki restaurant. We ordered the banana royal. It comes with your choice of 3 scoops, a sliced banana, whip cream, chopped nuts and your choice of 3 toppings. The topping choices were hot fudge, caramel, strawberry and pineapple. We decided to go with the chocolate mousse, very berry strawberry and love potion as our 3 choices of ice cream. For toppings we did hot fudge and 2 x strawberry. It was delicious 😋“

“This place was so epic if you love Thai Tea and UBE. It’s a small little spot that you walk up to order from a kiosk. They had SO many variations of Thai tea; floats, ice creams, desserts and other mixes. I was literally in heaven! I loved that I could choose a green Thai tea with Thai tea ice cream float. I placed my order and got it within minutes so they worked super fast! There is a small seating area outside and I could totally see this place getting very busy. This was a perfect stop to satisfy my caffeine and dessert cravings! Such a unique place and we need more of them!“

“Thank you Shirley. After a nice dinner, we were craving ice cream. We found Kwality Ice cream in Bellevue. This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! Thank you Shirley for such a positive attitude and for taking care of us and others that came in today. The owner is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee working for him. I am giving a 5 star rating due to Shirley and the quality of ice cream. Sorry, the owner gets zero stars for leaving in a hurry and putting all the workload on Shirley's shoulders.
