“This is by far the nicest pagliacci I’ve ever been to. Interior was clean, exterior is nicely designed (shoshugiban wood, standing seam siding). The staff was so nice. They went over the menu with us, carried our beers to the table (wife was carrying baby, I walk with a cane), came around to ask all the tables how everything was, bussed our table for us even though there were buss tubs clearly in the middle of the restaurant. Overall, very pleasant experience.“

He deserves to be employee of the year with how he managed to be the only employee serving so many people and still managed to smile and make every customer smile!“

“The experience is great, the workers there are very kind and helpful. The array of selections for the frozen yogurt was quite large, but I wouldn't say that it's much different from other Menchie's. I would definitely recommend the pineapple dole whip or the chocolate.“

“Love the food but the wait is to long. It can take up to ten minutes just to order and sometimes it takes another 10. There is a counter on the side but there is no place to actually eat. If they added that it would be a five star. Good if you come earlier the 5:15 but later under 6:45 is busy.“

I got The Better Nutter Butter Signature Creation, and it was expertly crafted and generously portioned. The management and staff here really care about the customer, when you're willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, be kind, and communicate that you're not sure about the quality of something. They stand by their product, and the service I've gotten here has always been fantastic, even before my recent situation with the limited time offering taco.

“Thank you Shirley. After a nice dinner, we were craving ice cream. We found Kwality Ice cream in Bellevue. This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! Thank you Shirley for such a positive attitude and for taking care of us and others that came in today. The owner is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee working for him. I am giving a 5 star rating due to Shirley and the quality of ice cream. Sorry, the owner gets zero stars for leaving in a hurry and putting all the workload on Shirley's shoulders. “Very smooth ice creams, with waffle fishies.
Would not recommend getting ice cream inside of the fishy as they put it in while it's still hot which melts the ice cream and when you bite it spills out.
Next time will get the fishy on the side.“
