“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

“Celebrated a birthday date night and first time dining here. Great ambiance with fantastic service. (Thank you Jordan). We called ahead and made reservations. The table was decorated with a long stemmed red rose and a birthday card. Our meal was so delicious! Cocktails, starters, dinner and dessert were pure perfection! Thank you chef(s). “Corina Bakery made the wedding cake for our reception last night, and it was absolutely perfect. The design was just what I wanted, and the cake itself was delicious! We had to pick the cake up, and they packaged it just right for an easy trip to our venue. Communication with the ladies was easy and convenient. The pricing was appropriate for such a lovely, well made, beautiful cake. Thank you!!“

“My typical order is the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The grilled cheese reminds me of the classic grilled cheese from my childhood, and the American cheese they use tastes very similar to Kraft. The workers are always so friendly and recognize their regulars, which makes the experience even better. Love them!“

“My husband and I both got the 12 Burger. Soo delicious! The PB and jelly on the burger, with bacon and cheese. Best combo ever!! Only thing I would improve on was more jam. Asked for more, little too late, burger was 75% gone but was accommodated nonetheless. Def made a big improvement, even though it was delicious anyway. Cooked perfectly, as well. The fries were crisp and the garlic aioli was tasty! The service was friendly and efficient! Def will be back!!“

“This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. I understand the hype now.“

Serves mostly older clients which makes for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere making it perfect for both relaxing solo dining and casual weekend lunch with friends. “Eric and Payton made our visit to the Boom Boom Room unforgettable. Not only did I enjoy the best martini I’ve ever had (make sure you take Payton’s recommendation and order the Gunpowder Gin), but the food was delectable. We started with the Formosa Roll and enjoyed the shrimp tacos and steak. The Formosa Roll was savory and spicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked for the tacos and the steak came with potato spirals that I didn’t know I needed in my life, but absolutely do! A true gem of Tacoma, bravo Eric and team!“

You have this to the staff that treats you like royalty, you have one of the best experiences ever. Everyone was super amazing!!“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

“Murphy has been my girl for 5 years now. She always makes the best food and she always like to say the sandwiches taste better when they are made with love and she isn't wrong. I swear I have never had a sandwich made as good as hers. She is a natural and you can tell how long she has been doing this. She makes it look like a dance when she makes your food.“

“Such a fun place! We’re from Texas so of course this place felt a little like home! Lauren was our server and she was PHENOMENAL!! I told her about a mishap at our previous hotel involving mustard and a dessert and this is what she surprised me with a super sweet gift when we left! We’ll definitely be back!“
