“This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. I understand the hype now.“

“I have loved their food for years but they went above and beyond today. I ordered pho with steak and chicken chow mien for delivery. They called to let me know they were short on steak and asked if I like shrimp. I do! They added chicken and shrimp at no extra charge and threw in a Thai tea for free as well. Generous portions and fresh ingredients; medium pho is plenty. This Wendy’s Vietnamese restaurant is the BEST!! Thanks for excellent service and great food every time!“

“I’ll make this easy for you: go. And eat the roasted pork and BBQ pork, then thank me later. Lin was welcoming, kind, and helpful recommending the perfect dish for my first visit. I destroyed everything on the beautiful plate and could’ve sat there and ate it again. Her father, who prepares everything fresh daily, deserves high praise. Pro tip: go early before they sell out. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Oh my gosh. The General Tso chicken was really fresh and delicious. I had two stars spiciness and it was just right. My wife who doesn't do spicy said the chicken was good. She had chicken pho and let me tell you that broth was the best we've ever had. Even the chicken had this char grilled flavor that takes it to the next level.“

The food tastes good, the lady that runs the front is super sweet, and I've always had portions big enough that a plate of chicken teriyaki is enough for two meals for me. The beef in the broccoli beef is so soft that I hardly need to chew it.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“I want to preface this by saying it was an Uber Eats order, so my expectations were not very high. That said, whoever made my order on November 27, 2025 around 8 p.m. absolutely nailed it. This was hands down the best spicy chicken ramen I have had in the Tacoma/Puyallup area.

I ate every single bite. I was completely full, but I truly could not stop. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the chicken was so tasty.
