“This is by far the best BBQ in Western WA. Everything is good. Portion sizes are great and prices are reasonable. We drive an hour just to get great BBQ. We have met people who drove 3 hours to just eat the excellent BBQ. They also have vegetarian options.“

“I absolutely enjoyed my meal here! My brother came up to visit from Utah and hr wanted to try authentic Korean food so we decided on Seoul Garden. The food was amazing! I got the soft tofu stew (lunch special) and tteokbokki. Pure comfort food! I brought my 11 month old with us and the lady would play with him and she was so kind she brought extra sides out for him to enjoy and didn’t charge us for them! “I moved to Olympia in 2022 and began looking for good restaurants. After going to 4 Japanese I hit on Kamakura and have been returning there at least 1X/week. Great rolls, rice is perfectly executed, the Drunken Noodles with shrimp are AMAZING(every time). The staff is so kind and accommodating (makes me feel relaxed) The only thing I feel want for is more seaweed in the miso soup. This restaurant reflects everything with a touch of Japanese family tradition. The prices are fairly set and reflect the quality of food. So this is “my go to” Japanese place in Olympia“

“I walked in to check it out. Well, to my disbelief it has a vintage Tokyo feel. On top of that, sushi is simple but beautiful in quality and balance.
If you have been to Japan and if you are in love with a lovely seasoned rice. This is the place for. Aside from the classic rolls, there was one roll that stood out - Survivor Roll. The song that started in the back of my head…. “I’m a survi vor.“

“My daughter ordered from Seasons and had it dashed to me so I cannot speak to service or atmosphere. I ordered chicken teriyaki and rice. It arrived quickly , it was still hot. There was a huge amount of food . The chicken was tender and juicy with the perfect amount of char. Rice was moist and sticky , just like it needs to be. The sauce was perfect! First place I’ve found in a long time with good teriosauce. I will definitely go back!“

The space is beautiful, the wine is delicious, and overall everything about Stottle is a 10/10 experience! I love this hidden gem off the beaten path. Definitely worth a stop! And if you host any kind of events, their barrel room is absolutely perfect!“

“My family and I have been coming here for YEARS! This place is hands down the BEST pho around! We come here a lot and never have we ever had one complaint. My daughter loves it and has been eating at this place since the womb and she is now 2 and always asking to come here ☺️.
The place is always clean, the staff and owner are amazing and sweetest people who work hard and are always on top of it, the pho broth is the BEST I’ve ever had and all of the food is always amazing and the portions are incredible! “Hmm, where to start... They have the best pizzas with their signature crispy wood-fired pizzas, and we aren't kidding that they are our absolute favorite pizzas in all of Washington. Next on the list are their pizza rolls. We've had good pizza rolls, but never pizza rolls like Fondi's. Pro tip: If you really want your pizza rolls to be epic, you have to dip them in Fondi's homemade gorgonzola dressing. Trust us. We even know a three-year-old who isn't a fan of pizza (yeah, we think it's crazy too), but he will devour half a plate of Fondi's pizza rolls... Their salads are the freshest salads around; you'd think they were a strictly salad restaurant with how amazing these salads are. We've tried every single salad on the menu, and if we had to pick our favorite, maybe the Insulata di mele with its fennel-candied walnuts, but then we'd feel bad for forgetting their classic Caesar's forum, which is a Caesar salad even your kids will want to eat! We may have saved the best for last, because Fondi's flatbread, which we order crispy with the fresh mozzarella, white bean dip (kind of like hummus if we had to compare it to something more well known), and their pomodoro spread (a really fresh marinara-type dip). We almost forgot our favorite dessert! The Burnt Creme, aka Creme Brulee, is incredible; it's really the best way to finish your meal, but we sometimes order the Affogato as well, it's espresso over ice cream, and it's delicious!“

“my husband and I will go there about few times a year. this was my father in laws favorite place to eat every Wednesday with his brother for many yrs. Yesterday(July 21st) we ate there at approximately 7pm. very nice waiter we had. my husband ordered a Chicken Fried Steak breakfast. he indicated that that meat was very tough and rubbery. “I visited on a Friday for lunch. They have al pastor, carnitas, mole, fajita style and more. I had the carnitas and they were crispy and delicious.
